Hey Frank, I liked your video of the tail stock die holder. I contacted Hemingway and asked them if they would suggest a beginner kit for me. Never heard back from them though. Can you suggest any of there kits that wouldn’t be to difficult? I have a lathe and a mill and the tooling necessary to complete one of their kits. I’m mainly looking for something to get me started and learn at the same time. Thanks
Grind a horizontal slot in your morse taper alignment tool and use it to pry it out when stuck. A rolling head pry bar or a screw driver and fulcrum, no need to remove heavy Yussa 12” table.
Very nice work sir. Very interesting video

I think the die holder is a good place to start.

Yes, that would work.
Could I suggest you start wearing a base ball cap maybe of your own design but wotever they make great microphone holders & pick up really well . .
Only problem is the hat interferes with my face shield that I frequently wear. But yeah, mic placement is not ideal.
A big fly cutter would have gave you a better surface
I have a 6 inch fly cutter, and it does a good job. But that shell mill does a beautiful job, too. Surface is super smooth.
