Before installing mod, install Direct X and C++ Runtimes installed.

Copy and Paste all files from download to NFSMW program folder, replace duplicate files if needed.
To change settings in mod, go to script folder in NFSMW, any .ini folder has settings that can be changed, make sure to save any changes before exiting.
I used NFS Most Wanted REDUX V3 Ultimate Overhaul, Cars & Graphics Mod in 4K by Kryzeeplays to help with install. it has links in description.
