    Hi Miri,
    Just wanted to give you a huge thank you for doing all these videos! I test tomorrow and have been reviewing your videos for the past two weeks! Your selfless act of helping others pass their exams is so inspiring! Thank you for all that you do! ❤️ I wish I had known about you during my program! I have learned so much from you.

      Hi Karly, thank you for your sweet message and for taking a moment to connect with me. You're probably feeling a range of intense emotions today as you're getting ready for the big day tomorrow. I still remember that feeling vividly as if it were yesterday. It's scary, nerve wracking and one never feels 100% prepared. But remember that you already have everything you need to pass this board exam. The fact that you got this far in life is a strong testament to your ability to think critically and stay focused, even under immense stress and pressure. Tomorrow will be no different. You will be met with questions that make you feel uneasy, but don't let any question shake your sense of confidence. Stay calm and approach every question as if you were an entry level practitioner, because before you know, you will be working with a client, changing lives and healing hearts. Sending you my love, positive thoughts and prayers your way, Miri.

      Oh I'm so happy to know we were able to connect before your exam this Thursday! I know the days leading up to (and after) the exam can be anxiety provoking, but this is truly an exciting time leading up to your dream! Don't let anyone or anything cause you to waver in your sense of confidence. You know much more than you think and you already have everything you need within you to pass this exam. If you haven't already, please take a look at my blog article on Exam Day: Time Management Strategies for last minute tip! www.otmiri.com/nbcot-exam-day-7-time-management-strategies-and-tips/

I really appreciate all of the effort you put into supporting students as they navigate this process. Your videos are so helpful not just for the NBCOTE, but for me as a new practitioner as well. I'm glad to hear that! When I was preparing for the exam, I also sought other resources to break up my studying and was disheartened to find out that there weren't too many videos that were specific to occupational therapy... So it makes me happy to know that these videos are providing value and much needed breaks in between reading!

    Hey Miri! I love your videos and have found them very helpful as I have been studying for my NBCOT. I was hoping you may be able to do a video on developmental milestones, as I keep getting very overwhelmed by this section. Thanks for all the help!

    • @MiriLee
      @MiriLee  7 років тому

      Hi Jessica, thank you for leaving a comment. I'm glad you're finding these videos helpful. I have a list of videos I hope to complete and it includes the developmental milestones. I make these videos whenever I can squeeze in some time outside of work so it might not be for awhile, but stay tuned- I'll be getting to them as soon as I can!

      I am taking my exam March 28th. I figured you had a lot of suggestions, but wanted to throw it out there :) If you do a video before then you would be miraculous haha but if not I totally understand! The time you take from your busy schedule to continue making these videos does not go unnoticed. My friend and I love them, and you’re truly an inspiration!
