It was hard to get my mind off someone building a full out billet OPAL. Amazing build Then come the "hay we have a hurt top fuel block... wanna lop part of it off, make a crank to run just the one side and have a hemi 4 banger?" WOW I don't have words. Well done. BILLET EVERYTHING
I’m 62 and have built fast cars for decades. But for a living, a Texas Rancher. I thought we built nice cars here. I own some. You guys are BADASS! Very nice and creative work. Quick too!
that's how `influencing` works man. It's not about being the best, or even close to one - it's about being good at selling your face and shittalking :)
Peter, You are one of the best videographers I watched!! You found what you are supposed to do!! The videos of the cars and the detail that you go into is great! I saw some very nice equipment being used in the cars some very slick and professional paint and graphics some tiny engines making amazing horsepower and to top it all STATION WAGONS( sorry I don't know what you guys call em in Sweden)!!! Great job sir kep the videos coming and we'll keep watching!!!! South Carolina USA
Thanks Peter. It's great to see alternative engines and body styles to the "run of the mill" most of the other countries play with. Nordic stuff is diverse, innovative, well engineered and seriously tough!
Yall are killing it!! That's some of the best fabrication and billet work I've seen, making us Americans look dumb! LoL It seems like yall do everything right the first time and lots of planning so theres no guess work unlike me LoL I still cant weld but over the past 5 years since I made the swap from nitrous to turbo Ive probably went through atleast 10 stock bottom end lsx 5.3's and four or five 4.8's and three built forged bottom end setups just to learn what little I know now and learning something new every day it seems like!! LoL I told myself I would learn to how to fabricate before i turn 30 so i could start fixing my own stuff instead of aggravating my buddy to fix my stuff at the last minute but thats probably why i haven't learned much my bestfriend is one of the best fabricators in my area in Alabama but unless a miracle happens im not gonna be able to do any fab work before I turn 30 LoL i only have a month!!
This is the second video I've seen of yours and it is time to subscribe! I am from USA and love the technical information you give for each car because there are many ways to go fast and knowledge is power! Hats off to the Opel...perfection from bumper to bumper. Spectacular! Edit: Photography is AWESOME thanks
Amazing. I'm in love with the cars and the workmanship displayed in this video. Man you Swedes are crazy, in the most positive sense of the word. Thank you Mr Bjorck for one more of your excellent videos.
I love seeing what you guy’s are up to in Sweden. You are absolutely right about you guys building really innovative stuff over there. Awesome quality stuff. Love all the different combos.
Nice video! I was in that orange camaro pit when you were filming but didn't recognise that it was you :D I'm clutch guy in finnish pro stock team myself so for sure two times at Tierp next year ;)
Great video and incredible cars! Is very nice to see a fuel system from Brasil (Fueltech) runing this monster engines, i'm very proud of the excellent work done by Anderson and his team!
Awesome video peter, this was my first time watching and i'm impressed how knowledgeable you are and the passion you clearly have for engineering. I salute you sir.
I think Peter was highlighting the technology - not wanting to start some stupid 'pissing' contest about which engine is better etc. Have a nice day all. CHEERS from AUSTRALIA.
"So this car is a Volvo" ... looking at a glorious bundle of carbon fiber, gigantic turbos and billet pieces ... the only stock piece is the oil filler cap :D
Glad this came across the screen had a old Volvo as a beater ran like a tank . And I have seen very I mean very few Volvo's or and Saabs hooked up and when I have I always admired them wondered how they ran decently tuned . Mmhmmmm I may have to see about the these Nordic cars I like them already !
Thank you so much for the video so I'm formative , I would be really intrested in u doing some more technical posts on cars tuning etc ..... merry Christmas 😊
They have to come up with certain ideas to generate power coz importing big blocks from the US is really costly.😀. We are glad to see such small engines producing an awesome amount of power.
Early 90s I had a Dutch import, left hooker opel manta 2.0,did 134mph on the clock ,went like a madman on crank, these boy's would have helped me out big time.My mate wasn't happy when I overtook him racing in his Capri 3l.
Those are some wild motors making big horsepower! In Finland drag cars are for the most American made V8 cars, are there much of them in Sweden, I know that there are lots of American cars on the road there.

yet it gets beat by built mitsubishi 4g63... :/ still cool though.

Compared to all these, a turbo Gallardo seems like a very reasonable mod
Your Swenglish accent is half the joy watching your videos! All in good faith!
Many thanks from America for sharing this. I love seeing cars from all over.
Scandi's running 2k hp on a 4cyl, Cletus/lads worked hard just tuning 1k hp out of a giant 7.3 w/ a blower ... maybe he needs to call these dudes
Cleetus and the bois don't have the engineering skills like these dudes.
And some v8s reached 5000hp+
that's how `influencing` works man. It's not about being the best, or even close to one - it's about being good at selling your face and shittalking :)
@@owcarnia idk albout you, but I'd rather have horsepower than a shit talking face.

we call them Kombis (station wagons)
Nobody can home built a race car like the Swedish 👍👍
Especially, when the Ascona in the beginnig is finnish! :D And it still is home made..
Tobias Jacobsen awwwww you wrong
It's true, that's why the Koenigsegg comes from Sweden :)
This guys hasn't met Puerto Ricans yet. Lol.
Brilliant people and shitty weather, that's why :)
Thanks Peter.

Man these people build some serious machines it’s mechanical art absolutely beautiful
This is better than any 1320video episode ever

The piping, welding, and engineering are on a whole different level there!
Look up the diesel trucks in Thailand. Your mind will be blown by their titanium work 🤙
Wow...the Swedes have such awesome ways of building and racing these normal street cars. Everything that I've seen in this video was awesome.
Amazing. I'm in love with the cars and the workmanship displayed in this video. Man you Swedes are crazy, in the most positive sense of the word. Thank you Mr Bjorck for one more of your excellent videos.
You covered a machine that no other person covers: The jet powered track dryer! It's very interesting machine to engineering enthusiasts.
dude youve been an inspiration for me for over a decade
Have been looking forward to seeing a new post from you! Thanks! 👍🇺🇸
I really like content like this. Getting up close and describing everything. These guys definitely know how to build bad ass cars.
I love seeing what you guy’s are up to in Sweden. You are absolutely right about you guys building really innovative stuff over there. Awesome quality stuff. Love all the different combos.

Drag racing and food are International languages😁 Fantastic machines and superb English. Crisp and precise👍
Awesome video peter, this was my first time watching and i'm impressed how knowledgeable you are and the passion you clearly have for engineering. I salute you sir.
Half of a top fuel hemi v8! That is just awesome!
Nice video so many nice builds !
And ofc u hear that sound at 22:06 when its a finnish team :D suomi perkele
That was awesome I love the Audi A5 coupe with the 5 cylinder turbo charged engine
Awesome video and fantastic car, thank you Peter for the sharing.
Mills out turbo flanges to save weight. Picks a station wagon to build a drag car.
Awesome video. I like the in depth look at all the cars..
That green ascona is made in finland. :)
Some damn near exotic engine set ups. Sooo cool to see thankyou for taking the time to share them with us
Good video Peter, very informative on local builds. Do more!
Wow, could not look away! Incredible engineering.
That 4 cylinder Hemi is impressive. You have full-blown Engineers building cars in Sweden. That's a whole nother level of customizing cars.
You shoulda shown jaska salakari’s bike thats a piece of art 1.7l supercharged 2040hp 3,67 to the eight
I agree. That bike is beautiful and he's making it all himself.
Brilliant video. Very informative and excellent editing. Thank you.
Very nice and I like the tech talk, great footage too.
I knew something was missing from my life. Although I like the progress-manufacturing videos there's really never enough Bjorck.
Thank you for the great shots.
Fantastic and great Quality as always.
Been waiting for new content. love your channel. Keep it up!!
You are right! That Opel powered Opel is something special indeed! Especially at 7:23!!
The turbos love the cold weather
thank you for sharing a very cool indepth video of some truly amazing built cars
coolest automotive i've seen in a good while
Cool video, thanks for sharing with us...Those built details etc..
I think Peter was highlighting the technology - not wanting to start some stupid 'pissing' contest about which engine is better etc. Have a nice day all. CHEERS from AUSTRALIA.
Greetings from UK 🇬🇧 very informative video. Thanks
There's nothing crazier than seeing lots of Scandinavian built dragsters.
"So this car is a Volvo" ... looking at a glorious bundle of carbon fiber, gigantic turbos and billet pieces ... the only stock piece is the oil filler cap :D
I never see audi/BMW drag cars! I love it!
Beautiful engineering
Definitely
that sl at 14.20 is gorgeous
12 point fasterners on the opel 🤦🏼♂️ the details 👌🏼
I love that everything is not just turbo LS :D i bet there are tons of those there aswell but i like the variety.
Thank you for the video! It was very interesting!
Hopefully next year I’ll visit the Tierp too
Glad this came across the screen had a old Volvo as a beater ran like a tank . And I have seen very I mean very few Volvo's or and Saabs hooked up and when I have I always admired them wondered how they ran decently tuned . Mmhmmmm I may have to see about the these Nordic cars I like them already !
Tierp is such a great arena.
Its old and not updated and mostly destroyed
Hemi fyran var ett riktigt sjukt bygge 👌🏻👌🏻
Translation: The Hemi guy was a really sick build
Holy heck, these cars are next level. Wow.
De märks du nördar ner dig mer o mer i göra videos 🙏🏻 grymt intressanta o långa 👌🏻
Awesome video Peter. Super cool stuff.
Insanely AWESOME
Great content, keep it up!
Thank you so much for the video so I'm formative , I would be really intrested in u doing some more technical posts on cars tuning etc ..... merry Christmas 😊
Thoroughly enjoyed watching this video. 👍
I love when you say words that start with J in english, you say the J like "JåD" like us in denmark, but you dont say DJET you say jet
it would be cool to know what these cars run in the 1/4 mile
Low 6sec
Vilken entusiasm du har peter för infon .. när kmr lamvon bli klar bror
Appreciate your videos Peter keep up the good work.
I think you missed your calling as a video editor, this is extremely slick
Sjukt bra filmat o redigerat!
Translation: Very well filmed and edited!
Excellent coverage! Thanks for sharing this video!
Beautiful machines
I really love you guys! Sure I love Murica. But there is this Style you guys got that I just DROOL over.
Beautiful it's like Art

Thanks for exciting video!
just to help some figure out the boost in psi , 1 BAR equals 14.5 psi
Wow that full billet Opel is the coolest build I've ever seen......I'm an American Opel lover tho lol
What kind of motor is in your truck?
Saab Grippin...
Nice man i like that you give us all the info about the cars and the specs andso. :-D
Early 90s I had a Dutch import, left hooker opel manta 2.0,did 134mph on the clock ,went like a madman on crank, these boy's would have helped me out big time.My mate wasn't happy when I overtook him racing in his Capri 3l.
This video is awesome. I feel like I need to move to Sweden.
*THIS IS GOOOOOD CONTENT !*
Waiitt over 1000 hp on a stock volvo block! Shows how good they are built
Done on a few motors even GM have a guide to build a 1000hp ecotec
The first 1000hp 4 cylinder was a beetle back in the day
Those cars look better than some of the stuff here in America.
oh boy! The tire shake on that one funny car in the middle of the video looked like it hurt.
Those are some wild motors making big horsepower! In Finland drag cars are for the most American made V8 cars, are there much of them in Sweden, I know that there are lots of American cars on the road there.
nice work AMAZING!
i see a lot of USA parts on the build up!
That's a nice build.
Awesome video its cool to see some new stuff I'm getting quite sick of seeing turbo LS swaps
Reminiscent of the turbo F1 motors of the 80’s making up to 1500 hp on stock small displacement 4 cylinder blocks 😀
Excellent video man!!
When you simply cut a cylinder off doesn’t it make the motor unbalanced? Or skip a cylinder in the firing order?? How does that work?
If you use it like v engine not like a inline
hermann ott so when they “cut a cylinder off” it must require a new crankshaft and camshaft right?
nice, as always, video! thx!
i didnt know anyone else did this kind of drag racing. i thought it was only an american thing! thats cool!!
yeah because Murica is the fucking center of the universe .......
Wonderful insight, rather think I should take the family for a visit this summer. Any suggestions for a family travelling from København?
Just gotta love those small engines...
