i think i've just gained a resistance to this stuff, because i did that boss fight not knowing of the mashing, did it ez and....fought the boss again. and i did that *very often*

I love it. And i love the cover art. Classic Blaze is adorable and they really captured Classic Sonic's cuteness as well. All in all, 10/10. Would listen back 2 back
What I recently realized by recently replaying it is that its totally fight to spam just one button. The game just doesn't care as long as you're fast enough.
That one part of some games where you encounter your friend who's brainwashed and you have to fight them to snap them out of it. The theme just captures the "I know you're still in there!" feel to me as Sonic is trying to snap Blaze out of her idea that maybe...maybe she should just swallow her pride and ask for help.
Bass line is totally on-point! 😁👍 Something else sounds kind of like it's missing from that classic Genesis Sonic style though, and I can't put my finger on quite just what. Maybe heavy use of that distinct 16-bit snare drum Sonic music used to always feature would've helped. 🤔 Anyway, still a lot better than I could've done. I enjoyed listening to it! 😁
we need classic games with modern characters, the classic games are an alternate timeline so it could happen, i actually want classic blaze in a game more than classic shadow
