- This saw is actually on my amazon storefront, if anyone is interested. Please be careful and double check everything on your saw no matter what brand your saw is. Do your own research and talk to someone how knows what they are doing.
Remember these are more entertaining video not really educational. lol Heck I'm still learning myself.
We aren't done with this "Professional chainsaw chain saw" yet we have a couple ideas that hopeful will have this saw running a little more safer!

Not trying to sound like a hater... but #1 that rattling you hear is the fuel filter inside the tank that's connected to the fuel line, they're not stationary filters like airfilters, the fuel filters literally dangle from the fuel line and rest on the bottom of the gas tank. #2 the cover was off because some companies had complaints from customers that they had to remove the cover and install the bar before using the first time, when they buy something they want it ready to go as fast as possible, so leaving that cover off solves that potential issue. #3 the things you call "bolts" are actually nuts that go on the bar studs to hold the clutch cover in place and allow the kickback / chainbreak bar to be in the right position for the kickback safety feature to work properly, when you put those nuts back on the bar studs it's really important you make sure the stud nuts are good and snug or else when using the saw the vibration of the engine and the clutch will work those nuts loose and eventually unscrew themselves and fall off like what happened in your situation., but also you do not want to over-tighten the nuts on the studs or else you could strip out the threads and that is a big headache to fix.... so none of that was the saw's fault lol.. just a little operator error. but it's all good, i was naive about that kinda stuff for years too when i first started messing with chainsaws
Exactly. She doesn't need to be doing reviews if she doesn't know what she's talking about. She literally made this saw sound like a POS and broke the first time she used it, but it was her fault it come off!!

It's kind of sad we have to see a comment like yours on a channel about chainsaws..... That stuff is the basics bro lol. When she kept shaking it and didn't know what that sound was I cringed. Then the cover "falling off" made me bust out laughing lmao.. "These are bolts, they shouldn't come off" 🤣 yeah, that's what happens when you don't tighten them correctly 👀 🤣
@@warreneverhart i wasn't trying to be mean or anything lol.. just hated hearing someone trash a chainsaw claiming it to be crappy when it was her inexperience and operator errors that caused her issues. for $70 that's not a bad deal. it would be sad if someone chose not to give the saw a chance just because they watched this video

Yes the cover is off because you need to install the chain and your problem was you didn't tighten the nut enough

The cover is not on because you have to put the bar and chain on
If you read the instructions and reviews you would know that you have to pull safety stop open to fit the clutch and then tighten rear bolt before front bolt or it will not tighten correctly.
I watched the video and I knew that as soon as I seen what she had done she pulls a trigger and runs them she doesn't know how to work on them apparent lol

That noise is probably a fuel filter rattling in the tank. Seems like a decent homeowner saw for someone who runs a tank a year or so. Impressive price.

It looks like the problem is the chain brake is engaged on the clutch cover, so the brake ring is too tight to slip over the clutch. Take off the clutch cover, pull the brake handle back, and it should fit over the clutch.

The rattle is probably the klunker fuel pickup design. Basically a big brass fitting at the end of the soft flexible fuel line is heavy so the fuel pickup is always at the bottom in any position... it's a pretty reliable design and is used on aircraft and some race boats.
I would like to see you see that up with a small detail bar and see how long it lasts before a rebuild is needed.
I've been watching some of the Temu boat outboard videos and they are surprisingly reliable engines, just poorly designed mounts and props on some models.

Jenna i give you credit for trying different chain saws. Soon you will have everyone thats made. Becareful with the cheap ones. They do fall apart.. i suggest staying.with brand names. Like the ones you carve with...stay safe...and keep carving.😊

The cover stud bushing does not have a large enough outer diameter so the bar nut makes contact with a too small surface area. Not enough friction and it ends up coming loss, I think?🤔

Definitely not the worst saw I’ve seen😂 in all honesty it’s cool they can make theym so cheap but I’d definitely have one as a beater saw to keep in a truck

Does it have an ez start that’s impossible to drop start? Btw it’s pretty much the same saw at the pinkway. Just another Chinese clone. You have to finesse that cover on. Make sure the chain brake is disengaged when mounting. It will go on correct you just need to play with it. The throttle lock is to help starting it, since it has no primer bulb.
I love my Chinese saw it's been great.

Good thing you have a Stihl... Stihl, Husqvarna, Jonsered and Dolmar are the best and last long. My Husqvarna 365 24 years old still runs perfect.
For your next chainsaw buy and try I'd like to see you get the new Bad-Boy 14 in. gas chainsaw. I've been thinking about getting one since I have Bad-Boy zero turns, and love them. But I'd like to see/get your opinion about that saw. Surely it wouldn't be any worse than most Chinese chainsaws?. Thanks for your time!
Hello. I trust your opinion as you use saws for a living. I am looking for a 16" saw that can be used to fell some smaller trees on our homestead, as well as de-limb them. Need to be able to run it for some extended periods of time. A couple on my list are the Echo CS-3510 as well as the Husqvarna 435. What are your thoughts on these two as well as possibly others? I chose these two manufacturers due to their precieved realiablity as well as 5yr consumer warranty. Thank you for any insight that you can give me.
Buy the Echo….Husqvarna’s are getting bad! This chic should go back in the kitchen and make more sandwiches!!
I'll give that chainsaw one thing. The muffler is in a better spot compared to where MTD has been sticking them on Troy-Bilt and Craftsman. The bar and chain oil splashes off of it in a vapor cloud. Several times, I thought the bar was burning, lol.

Be careful. Having that side cover coming off, or not seated completely can be very hazardous. It may be hanging up on the brake assembly too.
I sometimes buy different things on Temu and I have to admit to you - there is a lot of low-quality junk there. The girl was lucky that the saw didn’t hurt her
Okay but this was clearly user error for the sake of bashing something Chinese even though China makes over half of everything in America, good or bad quality. 🥱

Don't drop start saws, it's dangerous. Your nut fell off because it wasn't tightened properly, no need for lockwashers, that's weird advice someone gave, as nut to metal will hold better, lockwashers will spread out and fall off eventually while using the saw and your chain would fall off while cutting.
When you tighten a saw chain hold the tip of the bar up or rest it on something to hold it up while you tighten the bar nuts, the chain drivers should be about 2/3s of the way out of the bar when you tug on the chain and pull down moderately. Use the bar wrench screwdriver shaft to lock into a tooth and turn the chain on the bar. You should be able to make the chain turn freely while using a couple fingers on the saw body for stability but not adult having to hold the saw down.
The whole thing about the side cover... Chinese companies don't put them on alot of times so they don't get broken in shipping. Bar nuts can vibrate off 1500 dollar saws... it happens. The throttle lock is probably in place because the Chinese carbs don't have partial throttle lock after choking like oem carbs. Hope this cleared some things up.
A split washer will keep that bolt on, i usually replace all the bolts on my hedges and chainsaws with better quality butterfly nuts and split washers so i can tighten with small multi grips
If the manufacturer wanted the use of lock washers then they would have put them on it. It's made to use flange nuts

New chain you have a little thing called stitch . You may have to adjust it a lot.

It's probably a clone from an older saws that use to run 25:1
normally if you play with the brake it should fit. I have a supmix chainsaw that has the same problem. Take 1-2 minutes to fix.

Shop like a billionaire that lives on the other side of the country! True story... We live in NC and Temu addressed our package to somewhere in Long Beach, CA. 5000km away. Over two months later we haven't gotten a refund or a replacement. They suggested we check with our neighbors on the other side of the country. The USPS can't give us the exact address so we can't even make the three day drive to retrieve our purchase. Shop like a billionaire that isn't concerned about the loss of nearly $100!!! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!
Buy it with a credit card and dispute the charge. It happens and most companies respond better once you have lodged the official complaint with the CC company.
China uses the old stihl design. Its actually pretty reliable.

Meanwhile I just bought a $25 battery Mini chainsaw off Amazon 😂. Aseboy 8"mini chainsaw with 1 battery. Using it for basic yardwork only on my house so not too worried about it. These big companies are not your friends some of the prices that they charge for the tool alone WTF. I might get this Shoot red loctite them bolts & keep it pushing.
The question is - which one lasts longer - 10 "Professional" chainsaws or 1 stihl chainsaw 😅

There’s no bar chain oil in the reservoir thats not good😂
