    Very helpful ways to preserve mustard leaves. I have been wasting excessive mustard leaves once it turns yellow. I will try this once mustard season is on. Thank you for sharing it. Looking forward for more helpful videos.

    Would it make sense to use salt if someone had it?
    I've been studying this method of preservation and it really depends on the region or sometimes salt is not used because it's too expensive.
    Please let me know.😉
