OMGOD!!!... This is every little girls dream party table cloth. & every princess wedding ever. This looks so beautiful. If I had a castle, it would have these table cloths.
Now I'm imagining a host of other furnishings in this manner, like chairs and bedframes. Thank you for that mental picture.

У них частое обесценивание вкусовых норм, да-да есть определённые нормы в эстетизме, этому учат в дизайнерских школах, как минимум)

That is so cool (no pun intended). I think this is by far your best project. I think it's the simplicity that makes it so great, just a sheet of "ice" serving as the table top and legs at once, and the way it looks like a transparent tablecloth with seemingly nothing supporting it makes it appear weightless, effortless.
Most of your creations are very loud, bold, almost overloaded with eye catchers in every part of it, and I think sometimes it's a little too much. This piece is very different from what you usually do in terms of it being very simplistic, and perhaps it represents the next step in your development as artists, which is super exciting!

In the USA maybe try stonecoat countertops epoxy: m.ua-cam.com/channels/TYSouVgnpkqDbdG2hY2W5w.html I have found their epoxy to be the most affordable - I'm just a hobbyists, not a pro but I used to buy epoxy at Home Depot and for a project this size it would be fairly expensive :]
Honestly some research and $200-300 dollars and some basic skillsyou can do this
