- Unboxing an Oncidium-type orchid, the Howeara or Leomesezia Lava Burst! I bought this orchid from GBO Carmina of Golden Bloom Orchids here in the Philippines.
Please excuse my audio since it is not very good because of the very reason that this is my first unboxing video! Rest assured that in the next videos, it'll be better! Also I apologize for the background noises!

and actually yeah, I do agree! I lost it a month ago 🤣😭 since I repotted it right away, it didn't handle the stress from the shipment and the repot combined. It gave up~ but that was a learning experience! 🤗💚 learned so much from that !

@@TheVerdantTurf You're always welcome. Yes it is not advisable ro repot right away unless the plant/orchid is already unbounded in the nursery pot, acclimation is very important. I do wait at least a couple month before repotting my new purchased orchids. Sometimes I even wait until it really need to be repotted. Anyway, I did lost a bunch of orchids already, but it is part of learning process. My climate here in Texas is very complicated, unlike in Philippines, we just stick orchids on a tree and that's it right... Anyho... yes I am so pleased meeting you. Let's grow orchids together...
