How can you tell good quality cashmere from low quality?

Hi! I love this question but I really look at where it is manufactured/made from (especially if it is traceable) and the stitching of it. Expensive does not mean or equal to better quality! The feel of cashmere that I look for is soft, even after wash. Highly recommend using wool/cashmere detergent too.
