I am so surprised that you don't have ready made harnesses to winch people. That system looked so complicated and fiddly and took so long to get set on. The poor man looked like he was starting to suffer from hypothermia. Thank you for your service and uploads BTW.
I appreciate you giving the people you help by covering their faces! I hope he's ok!
we are not allowed to show their faces.
The car being like that probably really helped in that situation! Thank you all for your hard work and service!❤
it certainly helped this driver out.
Another great job done by JFRD.
appreciate that
Good job !!!
Thanks!!
Well done JFRD! 🚒👩🚒👍

That was deployed and he was plucked from the river rapidly

Dames Point bridge...st Johns river
How do you even train for this? Praying for all of you. Stay safe!
Bridge based water rescue is common training where I am
It is called a pick off move, can be used a number of ways...we train on it regularly.
that is good
Surprised that vehicle was not completely submerged under water. Good rope rescue by JFRD.
pretty much was...good thing it was low tide
Was this in the St Johns River?
Yes, and if I recall correctly… it was the Fuller Warren Bridge? (don’t quote me on this)
yes it is.
no it is not the Fuller Warren bridge @Beane_the_RD
Lucky man! Or kid?
pretty darn lucky I would say.
