Nick has Perfect bench execution , taking all the benefits from the deep part of the movement (the most important part in the bench). Bouncing= less pecs
This training is the way. Full stop. Maybe add a little more Mentzer, but all the principles these guys espouse are almost a guarantee for superior hypertrophy. If Nick drastically improves, this will become the new gold standard.

It’s not a criticism, just something that seems to work better for me. These guys have a great formula and the science has definitely improved. I switch it up a little depending on how my body feels. I still think Mentzer was way ahead of his time except he was prickly and stubborn. He should have listened to other ideas as well, i.e DY. A lot of approaches/methods work as evidenced by vastly different training styles producing the most elite physiques in the world over the last 50-60 years. But my go to is RP, full ROM, stretch with pause, etc. Dr. Mike is brilliant.

I’m going to include that skullcrusher movement on smith machine next arm day. Looks like it’s very good on the triceps. Been trying to find something different for my arms to grow my triceps and that looks like a damn good exercise
Nick´s arms are the size of my legs (and I have big legs). I had a nice idea in this video of a compound superset by exagerating the bicep curl and then doing a little front push up, gonna do it today, thanks!!

Why would it roll? A normal bar doesn’t roll when you go down; it’s the same weight as a normal bar, and it’s not heavier in the centre
