Really enjoyed this video and enjoying these planner videos in general. Until seeing these, I always had a diary in my bag that I'd write things like birthdays in but barely look at. Now this makes me wanna organise it and get a lot more use out of it. Who knew planning, stickers and the like could be so addictive?! But then I do like organisation and making lists etc 😃 x

What type of Printer is in your video I like the way it prints out, my printer doesn't bring that much color as your video
you might want to invest in a fun Brother Scan n Cut machine. You literally can scan in your printed sticker sheets and then it will cut every single sticker out (with or without a border) and then you just peel and stick. They are so much fun and there are loads and loads of other things you can do with them.
I think I'd have to be selling stickers to buy one of those.. can't justify it just for me
+Diary Of A Spendaholic I understand. I don't sell stickers but use mine for art journaling & scrapbooking & card making. I don't have to waste money anymore on die-cut, I make my own. As well as stencils & cute chipboard cutouts. just wanted to pass along the info. Cheers

will it kiss cut automatically, regardless of the printed file type?
Lynne Johnson if you set it to kiss cut then yes. you could even just draw an image on a sticker sheet, color it & cut it. there are loads of little videos on UA-cam showing some of the things it does. I'm using it right now to cut chipboard for a glitter village I designed that I'm creating for a care home.

I couldn't quite make out the shop you got the printable stickers from, do you have a link at all? I'm new to the planner community, it's nice to see it's not all Americans! (as lovely as you all are, some shipping costs on Etsy are a bit hair-raising!)

I do the exact same thing but I have been fighting word to lay out. Not very user friendly got laying out different size stickers. Will try the program you mentioned.

What are all of the basics I need to get started for making my own journal stickers? I have literally nothing, I'm starting from scratch. I don't even have a printer. I know I need a printer, and sticker paper, but is there anything else I need?
Also, does anyone have any suggestions on a decent printer to buy that will be used for printing often, and be used for things like this, iron ons for shirts, photos from developing etc.

+Tall Scottish Blonde Any printer will work. It also depends a bit on your paper. Glossy paper requires a different type of printer (not sure tho), and just label paper (matte) is printable for any printer. or maybe it's your printer ink. :)

+amiz1823 It's Avery probably. but any sticker paper works. also Label Paper (a4 size) works amazing. :) just go to your local Staples or any office center, 80% chance that they have Label paper A4 size :) (i use that too).

I'm not sure I understand your question but you can use copyrighted materials as you wish in your own home. I couldn't distribute/sell them though

You can use anything copyrighted as long as you dont profit from in. In other words, you cant sell them
+ward egypt Couldn't directly reply but in the US it doesn't matter if there's a copyrighted symbol because it's intellectual property. It's still there's whether a watermark is there or not. Only images used labeled as "public domain" or with certain restrictions (depending on what those are) can be sold. If you use it in ur own home, no biggie. If you sell another person's work, without their consent, you could be sued.
