I have ARFID and it has greatly affected my life negatively because I am always embarrassed about it and most people I feel don't accept it so I completely avoid social situations whenever possible. I had no idea you could be a normal eater then have ARFID later. I have had it since I was young and have expanded a little bit but still don't eat a ton of foods. A leisurely walk home..a jaunt to an art gallery...an impromptu hockey game...a quick reading of Voltair...a session on your fav video game and an appointment and some work thrown in and a caramel treat and pizza!!!!!...i have to say you are living a very full and productive life!!.never doubt yourself!!!

Hey Jaime! Been a while. As someone who has a ton of food intolerances, I get some of what you're going through, not being able to go to restaurants, fearing that every non-safe food is going to trigger new symptoms (even though the ingredients seems ok) etc etc. It fucking sucks. Slowly but surely we'll be back to eating everything our body allows us! GL

Love u bro.. you inspired me to start UA-cam and recently just passed 5k subs... 10 years ago I was diagnosed with Achalasia a rare eating disorder. I had surgery 8 years ago but it's always a struggle.

Eat plain Greek yogurt and bananas 🍌 I like to add trader goes frozen mango 🥭 because they are the most ripe. Worked for me because it’s impossible to eat 1200 calories in a day. And I do have lactose intolerance but chobani is best for me just not with coffee ☕️ it gives me you get my point. And little sell made plain oatmeal, nut and little chocolate
Eggs both white and regular, coffee and some kind of bread
I am able to eat 2 ingredients out of the 6 you just listed 😂

i use to follow your vlogs every day but let be real bro your talking about eating caramel chocolate and reading books instead of doing some cardio work and eating clean protein ! grilled chicken and whatever veggie doesnt make you sick. Thats how you get back on track. Exercise will give you the clarity you are missing.
I don’t know what you don’t understand about diagnosed eating disorder but I’ll drop it in here for you to google and then think about.
