I'm a beginner in mountain biking so again, everything you show as upgrades is good to know. I'm currently looking for something that i can mount my phone to the handlebar and I'm thinking about those syncros Garmin mounts but with an extra adapter. I don't Race like you so maybe the smartphone would do me enough as info or google maps.
@@ghostdog6471 if you asked anyone who started to ride with navigation devices like Garmin Edge or Wahoo - I can ensure that 99% of them will never look back at their phones. So shouldn't you! :) It makes SO HUGE difference to have a proper navigation instead of the phone - like a day and night experience, really. As a Garmin user who went from a phone, to smart watch to navigation, I would strongly suggest considering getting 830 Edge from the start - you can thank me later :)
