You showed the whole flight and landing and didn't cut. You did a 360. You showed your friend take off and land. You didn't play silly music over it. Your camera was the best quality. Absolute brilliance.

This seems like a more sane approach than some that I've seen. No flying 2 feet from the ground, or through a hole. Still a thrill, but a much better chance of living for the next jump.
Agreed. Still some very close approaches, but always with good bail-out option. Guess the trick is not getting too used to this and pushing it further and further.
@@JMMC1005 I agree. If I ever base wingsuit, this is how I'll do it. I don't need to be the best in the world, I just want to have fun and enjoy the view

I too sometimes live dangerously! Just yesterday, I ran to the mailbox in nothing but my birthday suit and back into the house again before anyone in my neighborhood knew what was going on! I'll have to gopro it next time and post on youtube.
Unbelievable, this one is easily my favorite so far. The video is so crisp and the surroundings so beautiful and majestic. So quiet and a long flight. Fanstastic! Thank you!
I've definitely watched many wingsuit videos but this one is really good because it just gives you what it is. Incredible scenery and skill on display. Only the sounds of actually doing it. Excellent.

@@DomeWingsuitThx for these stats. So, ~43 degree descent throughout. I otherwise couldn't have appreciated just how steep this glide path was, because the backdrop to your flight is on such a massive scale. Wow.
Wow! That is a 1 minute 54 seconds BASE flight from feet leaving the earth to chute being pulled. Anyone know of any video of a longer base flight? Based on the numbers this glide ratio is only about 3.0 average, so there should definitely be more videos like this (if more people cared about having a nice long flight instead of just a short fast one)
Big pleasure to watch! For me it took some time, many repeats, highest resolution, and slowest speed to find the orientation between all these gorges, pillars, crags, and smooth plates. Ok - my visits were between 25 and 50 years ago. Beside the requirements for your flight you had enough time to orientate in this maze of rock?
@@Jim-be8sj Oh, I never did any base jumping myself, but watching this one I was leaning over! I did 132 jumps back in the early 80s before I crunched a vertebra and got an inch shorter, but since then I've done zip lines, the sky jump off the stratosphere tower in Vegas, and six flights aboard a rocket plane that I helped build. It makes me appreciate the sheer insanity of these wingsuiters doing proximity flying. Scares me and I'm fearless!
