In Curry's rookie year, he shot 43.7% from 3 with 4.8 attempts per game, 74.1% of which were assisted. 74.1% is lower than the % of assisted 3s of ANY Ray Allen's season.
Curry has 3 seasons where he attempted more 3s per game than any Ray Allen's season. (while playing ~5 less minutes per game).
He has attempted 2500 less 3s, but only made 840 less 3s.
He is also assisted on 23% less 3s but is 3.6% more accurate
He holds the top 3 record for most 3s in a season, and in the season he made 402 threes, his 3pt% of 45.4% is higher than Ray Allen's CAREER high for a season.
In terms of peak performance as a 3pt shooter, it's not exactly debatable anymore.

You can tell when someone actually thinks or knows about what he/she says instead of repeating stupid uncorroborated narratives.
Curry has 2 playoff runs with a higher PPG than any of Ray Allen's playoff run with superior efficiency, 4 playoff runs with a higher PPG than Ray Allen's second best playoff run in PPG, and 6 playoff runs with a higher PPG than Ray Allen's third best playoff run in PPG. He attempted nearly twice as many threes in the playoffs but still shot more accurately, attempted 7 more field goals and still is more efficient, he made the finals twice in a much stronger conference and actually won a championship, as the first option. If Curry's performance is counted as choking, how do you describe Ray Allen's performance when he performed worse by any metric? What do you call shooting 0-13 in a finals game?
At least Ray Allen himself isn't as stupid as his delusional fans.

Never knew he was a slasher. The only thing I hear about him is his all time great shooting.

I loved young Ray Allen. He took it to the basket alot more. later in his career he fell in love with the 3 and settled too much but that may be because his ankle wasnt 100%. but his prime is very underrated. His teams in Seattle sucked for the most part. Wish he would've gotten to Boston a few years earlier.

The shot Ray hit against the Spurs to tie the game then win the game THEN WIN THE FINALS. By far the shot of his life.

Why don’t I remember Milwaukee Ray Allen? He was a finisher at the rim. Seems like I blacked out till he became the sharpshooter in Seattle, Boston and Miami.
