No doubt, He’s truly the Greatest Player of all time! No question for that 👍 The way He make a shot is so amazing, He made the impossible shot possible. He is so good not only in scoring but also in all aspects of basketball like Dribbling, Rebounding, Passing, Defense and many more. What I like the most is the way He dunk the ball, It’s so awesome! Most superstars are lucky to have 1 all-star teammate, 3-4 good role players and some bums to fill out the rest of the roster for up to 7 years of their career, kind of like MJ. Lebron's had 2 all-star teammates, shooter's and vetran minimum notables taking less money to completely fill out rosters from top to bottom for 12 years of his career. After he decided to 1up the rest of the league to be a heavy favorite for years to come with two different teams, Heat and Cavs, KD decided to return the favor to him and 1up Lebron by joining GSW. People just want to see a competitive league instead of naively getting excited over Lebron making so many finals when he's always been heavily favored to except once. I definitely don't hate Lebron but much of his fanbase is embarrassing to be associated with. And I'm more disappointed that we'll never really know just how great Lebron really is. I mean just imagine if he joined 1 all-star and recruited 3-4 good role players along with some bums for just 7 years of his career in the tougher conference, kind of like MJ. How many finals appearances and rings would he have then? Maybe 2-3 finals appearances max? Maybe 1-2 titles max? He might be considered a top 20 great all-time at best. But he's played in the weaker conference with 2 all-stars, shooter's and vetran minimum notables taking less money to stack teams from top to bottom for 12 years of his career. Almost all of Lebron’s accomplishments are due to all the help he’s had and longevity. Even Karl Malone had longevity stats over MJ but he still couldn’t get past him. That’s like giving Shaq 100 free throw opportunities to MJ’s 10 and suddenly saying Shaq is the better free throw shooter. That’s Lebron’s fanbase logic. But guess what? Even with Lebron playing many more seasons than MJ, he’s still not as accomplished in the NBA. So with the many more opportunities Lebron has had to surpass MJ in overall accomplishments, he’s still not done it. And Lebron can’t turn back the clock to be better prime for prime than MJ or several other all-time greats for that matter…
Lebron fan’s give him full credit for his 4 titles and no blame for the 6 losses. If Ray Allen didn’t hit that shot, Bron is 3-7 right now. If Kyrie didn’t hit a vital clutch 3 in game 7 against GSW, Bron would probably be 2-8 right now. If the low seeded Miami with Butler as the best player, and an injured Dragic as the 2nd best player (Taking Lakers to 6 games lol), didn’t steal the blue print to beat the Bucks, Bron is probably 1-9. If Lebron didn’t play next to the 3rd best shooting guard of all-time, a top 5 power forward at the time, shooter’s and vetran minimum notables taking less money to stack the roster from top to bottom, Lebron would probably be 0-10 in the finals. Nah, actually he would’ve only made 3 finals appearances max if he wasn’t favored to every year but once. And he wouldn’t have made that one he wasn’t favored to if he wasn’t playing in the weakest eastern conference of all-time when adding up the win totals for the top 8 seeds. Lebron bandwagon fan’s are the the most easily deceived. MJ is the goat by a long shot…
MJ had to overcome diversity to win his first championship. The Pistons and Lakers were both favored to meet in the finals when MJ beat both out for his first ring. MJ never lost as a favorite in a single series, including the finals. Lebron has lost a few series’s as the favorite, including his ridiculous meltdown against the Mavericks. MJ lost to a dynasty in the Celtics when he had no help, but he still put up 63 points trying to will his team through them. Lebron lost in the first round with AD playing in 4 of those games along with an entire handpicked roster against the Suns with an old CP3 and Booker…
MJ had the lowest surrounding scoring cast of teammates among all superstars throughout NBA history to go on and win a title. He holds this feat 5 out of the top 10 spots, including the top 3. He went 6-0 in the finals carrying the heaviest offensive load of all-time and 11-0 in all championship opportunities. Despite Lebron having the most help all-time, he’s 4-6 in the finals and 6-6 in all championship opportunities. If this was boxing, Lebron would be considered a journeyman. Nobody would argue that MJ had a teammate better than Pippen or Rodman. But did you know both of them completely fell off their games once the playoffs began, forcing MJ to carry a much heavier load to win. Rodman wasn’t only the worst offensive player in the NBA, but he wasn’t the elite rebounder in the playoffs that he was in the regular season, making him more of a liability on the floor…
      Dennis Rodman (1998 Playoffs)

The closest stats to Pippen that a player has had in the playoffs/finals, was this year and his name is Andrew Wiggins…
      Andrew Wiggins (2022 Finals)
      PPG FG% 3P% FT%
      18.3 44.6 29.7 69.2
      REB BLK STL ASST
      8.8 1.5 1.5 2.2
Not only was Wiggins slightly better than Pippen in stats but he also held his defensive assignment (Tatum) to a lower PER than Pippen held his, just so you can get a little more context of how heavy the load was that MJ carried. No other superstar carried his best 2 teammates to a championship while they played this horribly. MJ carried them to multiple championships…
There isn’t a criteria given by a reliable source yet that has Lebron higher than 4th greatest of all-time no matter how they’ve attempted to score it. One source admittedly scored finals losses much higher than wins in an attempt to see how high they could get Lebron, and that’s the only reason he got 4th. He’s closer to 7th on the all-time greats, trying to solidify a 4th spot at best. Longevity stats are scored the lowest for good reason. I mean Karl Malone has longevity over MJ but couldn’t beat him. Stockton wins in about every category but nobody would argue that he’s better than Magic. Lebron will be somewhere between 4th and 7th all-time once solid criteria of scoring is released as a method for placement, so marinate on that for a while. Not only that, but just as Bill Russell’s career is downplayed to this day because of all the help he had to succeed, Lebron will go down with the most tainted legacy of all-time, regardless of where he’s put on the all-time greats list…

The fact that MJ is compared to supernatural beings rather than basketball players, says it all.

Sure it was different when Jordan played, it was more physical, and sure Jordan got calls in his favor. But look at the players he was facing throughout his career, to name a few, O'neil, Barkley, Magic, Malone-Stockton, Ewing, Bird, Drexler, Isaiah Thomas, Wilkens, etc and yet Jordan is still above all of those names.

      PPG FG% 3P% FT%
      16.8 41.5 22.8 67.9
      REB BLK STL ASST
      7.1 1.0 2.1 5.2

Never seen anyone come close to how he played the game...with honesty.

I cant believe I had forgotten how GREAT Michael Jordan was , when you take in account everything, quickness, fierceness, clutch , electrifying athleticism, defense, leadership, stats , straight kill the other team at the last second ! There's just no one else ! And yes that includes Lebron in the contest !

Jordan said to Wilt, that he could beat him 1 on 1, Wilt asked, would you like to put some money on that, Jordan, about 30 yrs younger, just shut up, he just shut the fuck up.
Bill Russell broke out laughing at Jordan, Wilt was still better than Jordan.
Wilt dunks free throws, Jordan runs the length of the court and steps on the line to do it.
Don't ever compare anyone to Wilt.

He had such an precise and refined hand eye coordination that no one can mimick. Also, he has such an acute sense of spatial awareness and the ability to visualize where the ball would go after it left his hand. He understood exactly how much pressure and technique to apply to the ball to get a point wherever he was at any point in the court. This was fascinating to watch his speed, strength, finesse, coordination and his technique are like no other. He cracked the code on how to play basketball. No one will ever be this good because of all of the variables that Michael PERFECTED on the court.

    • @PerfectlyFreedom

Great analysis. MJ understood the nature of the ball and became one with it, it's like he's having the sixth sense at his play: ultra instinct.
