Hey there...loved the video...I’m seriously thinking about a career change into coffee...I’m almost 40 now so wondering if it would really be worth the switch...thanks
Hey! A couple thoughts: 1) The market for coffee is always robust, people drink it every day, sometimes multiple times a day. 2) don't be fooled, it's a lot of hard work and there is plenty of competition 3) it's fun as hell and you'll always be learning, if you're willing. Hope that helps!
It's great!! I would say the pros so far are that we have access to everything we need, without having full responsibility of it. No big rent payments, no equipment loans, liability, etc. Only con is not necessarily having control and freedom to use the space as we please, everything is based on time slots and hourly fees, but that's a very small problem considering we can't even afford to build out our own roastery. Absolutely love it so far.
Yeah! Thanks for the shout, and loving see you back on here!
Thank you dude!! Can't wait to keep this thing moving
Very cool. Congrats.
What happened with the roaster you had in the shed?
Sold it about a year ago
