Been in Gym over two years, got some results but still not quite got that greek god Upperbody Vtaper yet, but i think its more about lack of diet discipline, rather than my workouts.
I go to failure on each set. 8-12 rep range anything higher than that, you gotta put up the weight. Major compound movements 1 or 2 sets per body part. Rest only if you're sore. Eat whatever you want.

Same bro I’m 5’11 and always been 160lbs until I started doing compound exercises and eating big breakfast then would fluctuate from 180 - 190 lbs…
i'm 5'11 and 200Ibs just eat alot of food but skip garbage foods or you'll likley be fat

which exercises would you say helped you develop your abs and chest the most?
Do bench, pushups and naturally using free weights, pull ups, squats(no smith machine), deadlifts, etc. will build ur core therefore abs will pop
