7:50 - This is incredible. I've never heard a drummer do THIS!

Oh yeah. This looks like a fun way of feeling out different polymeters/rhythms. I'm familiar with the various patterns but this approach is unique.

Excellent lesson and teacher! There is a book called "Multimetric System" that deals with combinations of movement patterns in different metrics.

Impressive content, Drum Channel. Looking forward to your next video from you. I smashed the thumbs up button on your upload. Keep up the fantastic work! Your breakdown of playing patterns in different subdivisions is incredibly insightful. How do you recommend balancing the complexity of these subdivisions while maintaining overall rhythm consistency in practice?

Brilliant ideas. I'd be surprised if I could get any of these odd divisions correct unless I put in months of practice.
    But well worth trying.
Merci beaucoup pour la leçon, Camille.

I'm a very old school drummer, not sure if I fully understand this concept. Subdivisions - seems like just odd patterns played over top of another. They've always been there, millennials just gave it a fancy name.

Great video from a great player ....
Just the title seems funny to me, cuz the subdivisions dont change the actual pattern. Just the pulse.
    So ... IDK....
    Thats all.
Bahahaha. NVM. The title i initially saw was abbreviated 🤣🤣🤣🤣
But instead of deleting the comment, im just gonna say ONCE AGAIN ....

Your brain is pretty much identical to hers. She's just done the work.
