I am Japanese living in Tokyo, her guide is perfect. And her pronunciation of Japanese is perfect, so the chef speaks frankly. Good video.

The host (our pleasant and poised narrator) is a pure delight, the other shows have great scripts, and even watching her eat and describe how it tastes is so much better than others' eating blogs. Well done. I lived in Tokyo twice - as an embassy brat, so it's interesting!

You really are the role model and ideal customer that many Japanese restaurant staffs will appreciate. I've seen so many tourists while in Japan for the recent years of visit, yet many don't follow simple etiquette and think that they're still in US or other countries, not respecting the way that Japanese society & cultural aspects are taught. Great video; many tourists should watch these videos to anticipate the best manner while traveling to Japan.

Thank you very much for your like!!! Tempura Kurokawa, appears in this video, serves tempura with Andes rock salt, Macchajio (salt with powdered green tea), Curry salt (salt with curry powder) and White salt (may be varied). Please enjoy the difference between each salt if you have any opportunities to visit this restaurant!
