This actually was one of the first fragrances I collected that I had to chase down. I like this one alot. Due to me having so many others I don't wear it much but I will revisit at some point. Love the review. I'm more of a cheapie guy so I tend to Len more towards watching these type reviews. It's actually what my channel is all about predominantly the more inexpensive fragrances. Not all of us can afford Creed or those other higher end fragrances. Great work you do regardless

Just picked this up today at Ross for $27.
So glad I blind bought it based on the name alone...this hits all my favorite scent notes AND it's got that baby powder dry-down that I love.
This will be my mainstay alternate "office scent" right alongside my Bleu de Chanel Parfum!
I've only been buying work related fragrances as of late, since this was $18 on ebay, figured I'd give it a shot. Waiting on it to come in later this week to try it out!

One of my Winter favs (have had this for past 6-7 years... when it was still a diamond in the rough *as far as the wrap cheapies get*) - outstanding in the cold. You don't need to spray much on. It stays on my skin for a good minimum of 8 hours, someitmes longer. Stays on my clothes for over 24 hours... it's impressive.

Ok I finally got this and MAN ... Is it powdery to me at first but, I think it dries down nicely.

Just purchased it and it smells great.. Dry down was excellent.
I enjoy the opening and the projection on this fragrance... longevity is great and the dry down could be better but over all is a win win for the winter.

Perfect review! Agreed with you 100% Like always, and It is not even close to la nuit, the only good thing about this frangance is the dry down . That’s it! I bought it blinded and definitely not a favorite. I won’t buy it again, there’s a lot of uniques low budget frangances that Salvatore CANT compete! . There’s a difference between smell different but at the end smell like other fragrances (dry down spicy bomb) ; and smell unique and amazing!

Tonight this was my very first blind buy. Holy amazing is all I can say! I would say if Bleu De Chanel and Chanel Allure Pour Homme fornicated THIS is what would be it's love child. I'm thrilled with this purchase and its $12.99 (30 ML) price tag! Keep up the good work sir. Love your review channel!

i just bought 1oz without knowing the scent , i have to say that i do like the smell on the beggining but as it dries down it changes a lot . i personally like it but it doesnt match with my daily activities , but for someone who works in an office i highly recommend this one . and its kinda cheap too :) , and definetly not a date scent , dont even lol!

On my skin when it settles into the dry down it smells like Povidone-iodine. It smells like this throughout most of the wearing except that sometimes I get a whiff of what smells like talcum powder. It basically smells like a hospital or a doctors office and brings the memory of a serious accident I had when I was a kid. Blind bought a 1 oz bottle at Ross yesterday for $16. If it wasn't so cheap I'd be super disappointed. I'll keep trying it a while though and see if my perspective changes. Thanks for the reviews though!
This one is awesome! It starts off with Allure Homme and dries down to Bleu de Chanel with hints of La Nuit de l`Homme throughout.
nice one. I also get a toned down Opium pour homme vibe in this.
I agree that the initial spray is a bit harsh, but over time it turns into a very nice, masculine scent. Definitely more fitting for a suit and tie, but can be worn casually as well. 2 sprays and you're good to go.

This reminds me of original Chanel allure and slightly la nuit but on hot days it is synthetic buy autum winter it's perfect and very cheap and lasts long

I blind bought this after hearing great reviews. But the reviewer that mattered most, my wife, thinks I smelled like an old man and was appalled by it. The weird thing is she loves La Nuit. I guess I'm giving this to my dad lol.

opening scent remind me Blue de Chanel and after dry down its turn to La Nuit YSL. i love the scent. its cheap but smell great. its also remind me Nuit d Issey but Nuit d Issey is deeper, stronger, bolder scent.

Ou... This one is a real Banger on my skin. I don't like the opening - loud and harsh. However, the dry down hours later is good. Next use 2 sprays for me and they will be on my knee caps...
not long lasting in hot weather. But good in fall and winter season
I didn't like this the first spray. I don't like the synthetic smell of Allure/Perry Ellis M. This was until I picked up a shirt 3 days after. The gourmet cotton candy/Tonka that develops on this dry down makes this a masterpiece. You have to smell this an hour after putting it on. This has gotten more play than Bleecker St., Eau De New York, and SOPM. I layer this with La Nuit half of the time, but the hour into this is one of the best sexiest smell. I like the hour in better than La Nuit......and trust me La Nuit will get you the most expletive compliments out of any niche or designer.

Spray F Black on your bare chest and wrists. Spray La Nuit D'Lomme on your neck , shirt, hair and collar.
I have the original , I wouldn't mind trying a sample of this one first before I pull the trigger I know testers are cheap for this on fragrance net
I bought the hype. I get a baby wipe, powdery kinda resemblance. If you don't have little ones, you might not get the comparison.

Hey man, I'm thinking of blind buying Salvatore Ferragamo F Black since none of the stores in my city have any testers available. I'm a 19 year old college student. Would you recommend me blind buying this as my third cold weather fragrance? Currently I only have Mont Blanc Individuel and CK One Shock.
I never recommend blind buys, and on a personal level, I think that there are far better options out there for you to explore.

Hi I bought this in ROSS store however I noticed that on the back of the box there is no inflammable icon, there are only two icons - one is for may be recyclable and other is a bottle with 30 M on it. I'm not sure a product from ROSS can be fake? Can you help me confirm the same...
another thing I noticed was that back of the box mention the website parfums.ferragamo.com but on your box and amazon box show www.ferragamo.com

Sometimes Amazon isn't always the best place to buy it because you can get it for $18-$25.

just picked up a bottle for 15 bucks. I really can't see the La Nuit comparisons. I agree with the synthetic lavender scent. Not a fan of the spiciness in this one. I'll stick to my La Nuit and Dior Homme Sport.
Dior Homme sport has a citrus top to it but settles into a nice scent. I'm usually not a big fan of citrus scents but this one is the best one...imo. It's not solely a sport fragrance either. It's quite versatile.
I just purchased this for $20 at TJ Max.

This one reminds me of Esprit a lot, which I loved and is long gone. It has a late seventies/eighties vibe to it.

I blind bought this. I did not like it at first. There is something off putting about this scent when smelled up close. It is no La Nuit De Lhomme. The sillage of this scent is ok. But there are many others that do this better. The sillage of this scent is growing on me but something in it just burns my nose.

Its a nice scent but my mental association with it ruins it for me. It reminds me of Handy wipes. The little folded, wet, square napkins in packets. I can't get it out of my head that i smell like a wet nap...lol...
This has a hint of Dior Eau for men with that “lipstick” or “makeup bag” smell.
I can also smell a touch of Bond no9 Bleekerstreet
However, much more masculine. The dry down is very nice.

I am going to buy a cheap fragrance so i can spray it every hour on me cuz on my skin non of the fragrance last longer than an hour which one should i go for this one or perry ellis M i havent smell them yet

Whenever I spray this, I get nothing in opening just a bit synthetic peppery smell, I was very disappointed with the smell because of hype it was getting but after 20 minutes it started to smell real good so for me this fragrance is all about dry down and it lasts a really good time, its a beautiful smell in dry down, very soothing, calm and flowery powder type but nothing special for me at the same time in uniqueness but still recommend it for discounted price and you can pass opening of it. Projection is average but performance is really really good and gets better and better.

I like the opening and intro of this cologne, but the dry down smells like foot powder to me. Maybe this is what many describe as masculine.
