    80% of men in America don't wear fragrance on a daily basis, so you're already ahead by wearing one everyday. I have over 100 bottles but I always enjoy seeing other people's thoughts on fragrances. They're fun to talk about. I'm really enjoying the channel so far! Keep up the good work.

    This is why I dont fret over what the frag community calls "overrated" or "overplayed". I have one other person I know who is into fragrances at all..and when I'm out..people aren't wearing anything. You can throw on a Nautica Voyage or an F-Black and it will be more unique than what 90% of people ever experience. I had a woman approach me in a supermarket isle demanding to know what I was wearing and it was just plain ol' Montblanc Legend EDP

    Ferragamo F Black is actually a really good fragrance. Whilst I do not care much for external validation from anyone I actually had a person come up to me in a supermarket and say to me, when I was wearing that, you look fantastic and you smell absolutely gorgeous I have had a number of similar experiences wearing F Black. Weird as its one of the cheapest I own. So I don't think its just the cost of a fragrance that's important.

      agreed. dont forget. its cheap because they dont do marketing for it. It was created by Chanels best master parfumer. this is a high quality that reminds me of Chanel Homme the original. if you smell that this is a revelation. the composition is of extremely high quality. so its only cheaper now because its been around for so long. great house and this has staying power.

    My husband fixes the opening of Club de nuit Intense man by layering with two shots of Nishane Hacivat. Makes it smell a lot more like the original Aventus. And trust me it's not just a warm weather scent this stuff is very strong and cuts through cold very easily. Definitely recommend for guys who don't like wearing sweet scents in winter. Also if you like Mont Blanc Legend please try Parfum de Marly Percival it is a niche version of Legend and performance is at least 10 times better.

    I have CDNIM Edt. The initial spray is strong, but after 10 min your good to go. It settles down nicely during the first hour, the drydown is amazing, if you go nose blind don't worry, others will still smell it. It happens to me all the time, and I get compliments even after 7 hours on my skin. But.... The trick is to only spray it on the back of your neck just once. Trust me!

    I love how Teddy tries to sell Burberry Touch as another safe option whereas Courtney is just straight out nope at the first whiff. She then goes on to be accommodating to the fragrance, as to not disparage its fans, but its fate remains as sealed as it ever was. I like vetiver, Courtney so obviously does not. It's such a good reminder that different people have different tastes and most people won't ever make much of a big fuss about it. They just try to distance themselves. Like how Courtney places the tester strip on the table, as far away as possible, right after saying nope.

    Thanks a lot. Your watch channel already had me spending money. And now you got me buying cologne for the first time in years too with this channel. 😄 Seriously though, I just got a bottle of jazz club. Based on your recent video. And that stuff is really nice. Smells great. And it's subtle. People aren't smelling it from 20 feet away. The fact you can tell most people who are wearing cologne from a mile away was what has kept me from ever using it. Just because I always found overpowering cologne obnoxious. And didn't want to be that guy. So, thanks to both of you. Having both your opinions is extremely helpful in deciding what to buy.

    Also, several of the frequencies that you tried are very different in the opening and in the dry down. In some of your blind group videos, you have a fresh strip and a dry down strip. I think if you use that format for videos like this it would be more helpful to your viewers. This isn't just you, I'd say 80% of the fragrance reviews that I read are of people smelling a strip that's just been sprayed, and it doesn't really convey the fragrance as a whole, since most of the duration is spent during Dryden

      @wtrelf I got it for the same reason. Definitely overhyped by fragrance reviewers on UA-cam. You are right about it smelling like baby wipes. It's one of the few fragrances i actually dislike

      @@topgun685 i just returned it f black , i purchased mont blanc legend edt today. What do you think of it? And would you recommend any fragrances that smell good to women or get compliments?

    • @topgun685
      @topgun685 Рік тому

      @wtrelf legend is pretty good, but if you are looking for compliments, especially from women, I would say:
      1. Versace Eros edt
      2. Jean Paul Gaultier Le Male
      Really can't go wrong with either of those. Women love the sweeter fragrances bro trust me. Get a big bottle of either of those online for the best value. Those are good, safe blind buys, in my opinion

      @whal3z Рік тому

      @@topgun685 dud i saw those, I think i would like eros, but ive been seeing real life tests of what people like on dylan blue. People prefer dylan blue and it competes with eros and sauvage. And its on the cheaper side. Im most likely gonna get dylan blue for my 3rd fragrance and then stop buying for a while

    It's not my favorite but I like F Black. I don't wear it much anymore but it's a good fragrance a it's affordable. Frag heads hate it or love it. The drydown is good and it lasts a long time.

      I had a male colleague wearing Man in Black and that stuff is way too spicy and strong for my taste. Smelled like Viktor and Rolf Spicebomb on steroids lol. I asked him to never wear it in the office again--definitely not for the office, that stuff needs breathing space, a light hand and cold weather.

    I got Azzaro Wanted by Night as a Christmas present to a cousin of mine who's not into fragrances. He sent me a text a week later saying how much he loves it. I'm slowly converting him to be a fragrance head.

    I agree with your statistics on how majority of people don't wear fragrance. So if you wear one then you are in the top ten...however I will also say that is a very broad and generic statistic.
    If you are in New York city, in a club on a Saturday night then I would imagine there will be a much larger percentage of people wearing a fragrance. Any city is going to have a much larger percentage of people wearing a fragrance compared to middle American rural areas. Percentage of people wearing a fragrance is largely based on time, place and age range.
