At least the Celtics stuck together and with the plan same for Warriors and other teams that win championships I feel like now players, owners, and teams think championship is supposed to be instant when chemistry, relationships, and team building takes time. I wouldn’t be surprised if both Denver and Boston rattle off another 3 or 4 championships a piece over the next decade. I think both of those teams are about to run the league for the foreseeable future.

Theres alot of parity in the NBA now so it’s tough to say. That being said, Celtics have a guaranteed path to the ECF every year so I can see them contending for a title every year in the Tatum/Brown era.

I never said they are guaranteed to win a championship, but they are the clear best team in the East and Tatum/Brown are entering their primes.

Lets be honest, the celtics are obviously in a weaker conference and no one in the east has made it clear they can mess with Boston. So Boston should be back next season, and at that point all they need is one series against a tough west team most likely starting off two games in the garden again and i have a hard time seeing anyone beat them in 7 games especially now that they got the pressure off themselves

What i cant figure out is if a team has trouble with a salary cap, whats to stop them from doing hand shake behind the scene deals where they get commercials sponsored by companies to do meet n greets ect say for example al horford signs a veterans minimum but is worth 10 million a year but gets endorsements for example dunkin donuts and makes up the 10 million. Just like if lebron was recruiting for the lakers and gets a player nike money and saves the lakers money. Thats all this salary cap shenanigans is going to be a opportunity to get ahead. @@isolx3043 I'm not a Philly fan. I live in Sac and am a Kings fan. Philly has a lot of picks and money this offseason to make a lot of moves. Expect PG13 or another significant piece to go there to be a third option. And, they will still have plenty to draft and sing for depth.
