OMAD is a type of intermittent fasting where you’re doing 23 hours of fasting and 1 hour of eating every day. Very awesome, I only eat once in 24 hours for about 1 month, due to which my weight reduced from 89 kg to 83 kg and the best part is that now I feel completely healthy and tension free.🥰

@@rananasir8867 subha uth ke koi fruit kha leti hon . 2 hrs baad nashta nashty mein chicken shami kabab 3 bas .bhut kam oil mein fry kro . Ya omlate bana lo ya egg sandwich with veggies . Nashty ke 1 hr baad chai without sugar . Lunch nai krti adat nai bas koi fruit kha leti hon . Phir raat ko dinner mein jo be ghar ke leye bana ho quantity kam kr ke khati hon. Muje adat hogai hai es leye ziada fasting kr sakti hon.
@@rananasir8867 har meal ke bech mein 3 to 4 hrs fasting krna hota hai or during fasting pani , black coffee, green tea , pani pi sakte hain

I am following OMAD and feel great about it. I have lost 8-10 KGs in less 2 months. I plan on continuing it for as long as I can. It's even better to combine it with Keto Diet to stay in Ketosis. Thank you Dr Zee for informational video.

No. You can drink water and tea without sugar and milk. Big difference
Just regulate your carbs intake (Roti & Rice), Remember the formula of meals, 6+6+12.
Means, breakfast at 6am, then never take any carbs till 6 hours and lunch after 6 hours, ie, at 12 Noon, then again give 6 hours and dinner at 6pm.
This is how there will be 12 hours fasting between dinner and breakfast.
Remember, no shortcut but discipline in meals and sleep punctuality will keep you healthy.
Between the meals eat fruits and nuts to serve the light hunger but never any Roti or Chawal.
You can be one hour flexible in meals. eg, breakfast between 6 to 7. Then must give 6 hours gap for next meals.
Don't skip any meal, must eat even a little if you are not hungry. If you skip, then in the next meal you might eat more than usual, and extra food will be deposit into fats, resulting weight gain.
No weakness, no weight gain. Personal experience.
