If I don't plan out my weeks seriously I can't keep anything strait even though I have a digital calendar as well. It seems to be plan out the week, daily todo list and my goals...miss any one of them and my whole week goes sideways. Maybe it's my ADHD brain...or maybe it's just the million things we all have on our plates.
