Oven baked way better then deep fried. Thumbs up for this. Personally I only leave skin on for wedges cooked in the same way tho.

I did that to! the same thing happened to me 🤦🏻‍♀️ Most of the chips broke apart . Did anything else work for you?

Use non stick spray. Just made some earlier and worked really well with the foil

I think that’s where I went wrong to be honest…i didn’t grease the pan/foil at all 😅🤦‍♀️ I just assumed the chips are covered in oil, it should work out 😂 but thank you again! 😁
