Hello! Thanks for asking. This lamb stew shoudl be done in 3 hours. However the taste will improve when it sets for a day or two ... No need for further cooking, just reheat what you need, and freeze the rest.🙂
Looks bland. I'd salt and pepper the meat, fry it to develop browning, and add onion, garlic, some junioer berries, bay leaves, thyme, parsley, and also some beef broth or bouillon to boost the flavor.
