66kg bw with 800kg total..wtf
its not raw, he is single-ply
no one is real raw in competition lol
@@Warriormanners True, but Raw S237,5 B175 D 270 his however really strong.
@@lionheart93 idk what this adds, I’m clearly referring to the raw powerlifting category
So? That's barely average in youtube comments
It's INSANELY hard to keep your body weight at 66 kg and STILL progress with weight you lift. Doesn't matter equipped or not...
Стероиды делают своё дело
They dont keep their bodyweight at that level, they very slowly bulk up and later lose the weight. Maintaning the strength after the cut phase is the hardest part.
@@vadnaddan ur definitely on the low end of the iq spectrum
It's insanely easier to lift heavy with the knee wraps and suits. If you have to tie tourniquets around your knees to keep them from blowing out in order to lift the heavy weight than technically you're not lifting the weight with your own strength and durability. It's more impressive to see this guy lift the heaviest weight possible without any assistance than with it.
@@cubed0724 Who says his knees and back would blow out without a suit and wraps though? He probably just has better leverages to be more competitive with them on. If you can't appreciate this guys strength and somehow don't feel this is impressive, then you are lost.
Dude's FORTY YEARS OLD???? insane
What ? 😁
Bro is 41 years old btw
OMG
Looks young😮
WTF
66kg Class and lifting this much = HUGE respect!
How much is he sqautingbin pounds?
@@User_92020About 634 lbs 1:12
66g? 66kg

@Kid Oman you try it, you'll be nowhere near half his best at 66kg.

dude is strong as hell
That bp was simply insane. What the hell.
He is Asian
@@ashoksingha2761 i guess is that. I'm weighting 75 kg aprox and yesterday I got my 105 kg bp pr after a year and a half, and this man is lifting more than double of that WEIGHTING AT LEAST 10KG LESS! It's mindblowing. Just imagine he was 1,85 and weighting 90 kg...
@@alejandrolosadadiaz7121is an equipped lift
@@alejandrolosadadiaz7121Genetics also helps a lot. I bench 100kg with a bodyweight of 58kg and no training for it, just pullups
That is incredible, yes it’s equipped and it’s powerlifting form but this guy is a legend nonetheless. I didn’t even think it was possible to get even close to that much weight on squats at 66kg equipped or not
Equipped makes a huge difference. I guarantee you if he attempted the weight without knee wraps, his knees would of exploded.
@@cubed0724 I know it makes a difference, I’m not stupid, but I don’t see many 66kg people over the age of 40 with 800kg totals equipped or not. If you don’t think that’s impressive I don’t know what to say to you.
@@harronator-2670 Yes, many people can't lift heavy weights. However, any average non lifters could lift heavier with the equipment than raw. It's much more impressive to squat the heaviest weight possible raw without equipment than with it.
@@cubed0724 You're just stating the obvious. It's like saying travelling 200km by running is harder than by cycling, everyone knows that. What you seem to fail to understand is that even if it's equipped, lifting so much while being only 66kgs is impressive. If you believe that being equipped can magically make you lift 10 times your weight I don't know what to tell you.
@@bk_n Very bad analogy, the only difference between running and biking 200 km is covering the distance faster on a bike. Also I never said you can lift tens times more with a suit and wraps. Were talking about this guy without knee wraps, I guarantee you would blow his kness out attempting the squat. I'm simply saying he wouldn't of lifted that weight without the knee wraps and if you don't understan that fact, I can't help you. It's much more impressive with no equipment.
For a powerlifter his bench form is actually pretty legit
powerlifting armchair critic logic:
making the most of your leverages to be the best athlete possible: not legit 😡
benching with a shirt that lifts a large portion of the weight for you: actually pretty legit! what's a bench shirt?
truly the authority on what is and isn't legit
They have changed the rules recently i suppose
@@homer11Oct Yeah they did, your elbows are supposed to go lower than your chest, something like that.
@@IAmTheRealUsopperGoddamnit i think its elbows lower than shoulder joint?
@@harrycurtis2087 oh yeah it is
Dang these are some good spotters! Keen eye along with support!
Your knees and back are made of steel bro, how is it even possible with your body mass amazing dude
Knee wraps and body help support the lift. Guarantee you without either his knees or back would of exploded.
@Mark Park are you serious? The fact that he can even bend down with that weight on his back and not break is an accomplishment. And he’s a friggen Master class lifter. Not a young 20-30 year old. You people look for anything to criticize but you’ll never come close to what he’s done.
I fucking love this comment lmao.
Of all the things to think and type after watching that feat and they say that shit lmaoooo.
@@cubed0724 trump supporter?
@@JohnSmith-cz3us He's able to get down and backup because of the tourniquets on his kness keeping them from exploding. Let's see him lift the weight without the knees wrapped so tightly to provide support.
Those knees are wrapped so tightly they got him moving like a machine and rightly so, 800kg is otherworldly.
That’s the suit too
@@headshot9611 I was wondering why he walked like that.
He just got a deadlift 300kg record in Taiwan.

Super interessting technique on the squats. Is this the way to go with wraps or is this something that mainly works for him?
Anatomically we are, as humans, equipped with a 'conditional myotatic reflex'. This is when the brain believes, that the tendon of the muscle is about to be damaged because of the muscletonus is being changed rapidly. This reflex can be used in an advantageous manner. Especially in powerlifting, where the reflex is helping him contract the muscle tissue/the quadriceps-tendon by hitting the depth/stretch in his squat. This may be what he is (quite succesfully) trying to obtain and use.
With the myofascial tissue around his muscles and wraps combined, he may also be able to generate both momentum and force by doing the little bounce in the bottom of his lift.

Why are the cuts in these videos always so abrupt
Big guys leave the chat.
Ni orang badan kecik boleh angkat sampai 800kg...eat wat💪💪💪
Close to a ton.
What are those long bars the assistants move out when the lift is done?
Levers to adjust the height of the rack supports.... Lifters have to tell the spotters/loaders up front which rack height they need. When the next lifter is up, the loaders are informed about rack height, rack position, safety bars height and weight to be loaded. Doing that 4 hours straight without mistakes is very demanding
O my Lord
Was impressed until I realized he’s equipped lifting.
Can someone explain to me why power lifting never use safety pins but instead use multiple people that they expect to catch an unsuspecting hundreds of kilos of weight to hopefully prevent it from suddenly dropping on the lifter? Seems a little impractical to me. Plus the judges could get a better visual on the form of the athlete without a dozen spotters standing around the lifter.
Most people his weight would die doing something like this. Absolutely insane.
Просто машина)
Very clean, wtf
I wonder how strong will he be in arm wrestling
That’s more technique than strength..
@@tommymoua3274You clearly don’t know a thing about armwrestling… The technique is just a plus, they have the strongest arms out of any sport! Why do you think an armwrestler has the strict curl world record?
@@marcusrasborg6874 technique is not a plus its a need you moron..
he'd be above the average street bloke, but nothing compares to the pro armwrestlers. But then again, none armwrestlers in his weight category can do the stuff he's doing.
Am I reading this correctly, 800 KG NOT LB? with 66kg. Absolutely mind blowing!
210kg squat? 25kg x 8 pcs, right?
he should do a collab with anatoly
Why he walks like that leg wide spread?
He has a beast strength
because his knee wraps are so tight that he can't bend his legs normally anymore
Conditional mytotatic reflex
Who says there are disadvantage of small height
Equipped? they are still doing this?
Although asians are not winning bodybuilding, they are top at powerlifting.
and weightlifting
Hadi Choupan's asian, dude.
bodybuilding is not even a sport, it's a beauty pageant 😂 Asians dominate in weightlifting, they break the most world records and have the most gold medals, look up chinese weighlifters if you don't believe me.
@@seaweedglob dude, dont fuking pick on me when 1 out of the last 50 Mr Oly has been white or black. Asians have won many world class powerlifting events but rarely in bodybuilding. If you are an asian and you want to go the hard way to top in bodybuiding, a sport with such a low top cash prize, go ahead.
what's funny is, chinese asian weighlifters look "better" than bodybuilders in the body game, yet they don't live the bodybuilding lifestyle 🤣😂

rice and water is the key
Why in the hell would I do that😁😁😁low weight intensity training is what I believe in chad
Why is equipped powerlifting still a thing?
535kg lefting gys
I think lifting 800kg is easier than reading his name correctly 😂 Well done Champion 😊❤
it's geard right? squat with straps isn't raw , or no?
its drug tested and all three lifts ain't raw. they are equipped
I have never understood the point of equipped lifting. They use equipment just to lift more than they actually can, like what is the point in that?
Originally, it was probably for injury prevention/support, but it eventually became a sport of its own when people started using tighter and more assistive gear.
The training and execution of an equipped lift is supposed to be much more demanding than raw, since you're handling weight beyond your raw ability. But I wouldn't know, I'm just a scrub that does raw only.
Why did he use wraps ? thought that in the IPF they only let use sleeves.
There's multiple divisions in powerlifting and he competes in equipped where wraps are allowed, sleeves are used in the raw divison.
Time for height classes bound with weight. That simple
Hey Anatoly
i got a hernia just watching this
