Thanks for the update. Before I brought some Chebe I brought this leave in with chebe in it so I've been using that until I make my own mixture. It's definitely a strong smell not bad just strong. I'm also thinking that it must matter how you do your mixture. Because the products we brought probably are not going to leave so much Chebe everywhere but I doubt the grease and leave in is going to have the huge amount of Chebe in it as what we'll make ourselves. 🤔 Just a thought 💕

I also desire length retention and thickness - fighting the skinny twists and "scalpy" look in a very serious way😒 I bought the Shea Moisture Amla leave-in and used it twice. Niiice! Very moisturizing! It takes care of the fly aways/halo look for a day or two. I'll go for the Chebe grease next. Mya, your scarves are large, silky with soft colors. I like them! Where do you purchase them, please?

If you feel so inclined, I'd like to know the dimensions of those bed scarves. Mine are too small and/or too narrow to wrap comfortably. I am going to get one of the silky scarves, but they're a bit fancy to wear to bed - I don't want the oils/grease to ruin it. Thank you, Mya!

I love this chebe moment myself, as I have said before that, I'm joining you and my results are beautiful..So as a new mom the chebe grease keeps my hair very moisturize for days and I love that so much. My downside was on wash day because I decided to wash my hair after 2 weeks, so i found that I had to use a clarify shampoo more because I was heavy headed..so using a clarify shampoo on winter season's its something else😅😅😅..yess I'm continuing with it and maybe try not to apply to much...99 percent of the time my hair is braided...

I have been using Chebe for a week now and it’s def peppery, but I’m going to try it for the rest of the year. It def does dissolve alittle bit I mean if you comb it out it will get everywhere . But it’s def not noticeable after the first few days

Would blending/grinding the mixture into a finer powder before mixing in the conditioner and oil help with eliminating the large chunks of it falling out once it dries?
It may and that is an idea, but actually being able to see the chebe does not bother me, just the fact its fall out whereever I go lol.
The black pants was enough for me 😮. I don't do film, flakes or build 👆🏿.
The results are beautiful, but I get the same results just using 💦 & fine oil's.

I seen a chebe video on yt and the person wrapped her ends in plastic wrap and then put in a low bun tuck so you didnt see the ends at all.

My hair would be classified as low porosity
Did you feel any elongation in your hair
Yes. My hair is definitely stretched while the chebe powder is in it. Not so much the chebe grease. When I wash my hair the curls shrink right back up!
