To my understanding, utilizing something like this is beneficial to people who are prone to waking in the middle of the night. The low wave light helps to not fully awaken the person and doesn’t disrupt natural melatonin production.
1. Screen Limitations: Phone screens (including OLED and LCD) are built to display a wide range of colors visible to the human eye, but they don’t emit light in the specific therapeutic wavelengths (600-700 nm for red light or 800-1000 nm for near-infrared light) at the intensity required for red light therapy. 2. Low Intensity: Even if the screen shows “red” light, the intensity and power output (irradiance) is far too low to penetrate the skin and provide any therapeutic benefits. 3. Incorrect Wavelength: The red light you see on a phone screen is part of the visual color spectrum, not the specific wavelength range used in medical or cosmetic red light therapy devices.
No wish it was that easy 😭 the one at planet fitness isn't actually real either the bulbs are like white. Real infared is expensive you're better off to make a one time payment and have it at your house it's saves thousands of dollars getting one at home
Thank you for no putting commercials I can rest ❤
I use this for my 2 month old at night as a light and white noise, it really helps! Thank you
Life saver for our baby when we forgot our noise machine for our holiday - thanks
Noise and light!
My favorite part is there’s no random loud and bright ads 😊
So nice, thank you ❤
Red light with red noise would probably be mind-blowing 😂
THANK YOU… so glad this doesn’t have music. Ughhh. Hard to find content that isn’t ruined by all the typical annoying music
