I have lights in my room like lamps/led lights etc but they are too bright to fall asleep too, using this instead of my phone flashlight is way better because in about 30 minutes my phone will turn off and I will be asleep by then perfect solution for when I can’t fall asleep cause I’m a scared 13 year old lol

screens automatically shut off after like 7 seconds so if it's a vid it won't turn off
if i use a white image than my computer will turn off for being not interactive for a period of tome so i use this video
