Thank you so much! Yes you could use either of those, or Liquitex gel gloss. They all will work.
Can you give the direct link for your mini blower with attachments please. I’ve looked and just can’t find it. Re the different size attachment ends separate? Thanks and love love love your art!

What mixture did you in your base or pillow?
My base was a mix of Liquitex Basics Titanium White and Artists Loft Soft body White.

Thanks for making this "how to", it's very helpful !! I also have a ton of micas & was never really sure how to mix them & they did get buried every time I tried to use them. These turned out great & I will definitely save this video to refer to when I try to use my micas in the future !! 💙💙💙💜💜💜
I'm so happy it's helpful. I know all the recipes of all the different techniques can get a bit overwhelming, especially for the micas. I tried to simplify it a bit, so others wouldn't get frustrated like I was. Maybe this will get you to painting again woman 😊🥰
@@TracieReed I'm about ready to unpack all of my supplies since the whole "new house shopping" has turned into the never ending journey !! 😬😬😬 I definitely need something to relax me & keep me occupied now that winter is knocking at the door 🥺🥺 And yes, your mixing recipe definitely seems like the easiest I have seen. I have a ton of micas but those TLP's look super pretty. 💜💜💙💙

Are the "little miss Piggy micas" a very FINE mica? I need it to be fine, and not bigger pieces, for acrylic painting.
Yes they are fine. However, as long as you are fully dispersing your pigment, you should be fine to use them for painting.

This is so pretty! I’m in love with the blue. It almost looks like the bluest Payne’s grey possible. I have an obsession with that color and the Vandyke brown. They add such a special effect to any color combination.

How long can you keep the mixed paints and pigments if in a closed container!
Mixed paints can keep for quite a while. I put a couple marbles in my bottles so I can give them a good shake. Pigments are a bit different. They don't keep for very lone. I use little plastic containers with lids, and if left too long, they will harden. I try not to make extra when I'm mixing up pigments.
