When you first mentioned buying more land I did not realize that it was connected to your property. I wondered why you would leave what you had worked so hard to build. Now I see your vision. I am happy for you. I am looking forward to seeing what you do with the addition.
That’s exactly what I thought that the property was somewhere else . It didn’t make sense to most of us that you would start again from scratch ultimately you can do whatever you want.
If there's anything I can say is that UA-cam needs more videos like yours. Values, respect, hard work... honest and beautiful content that brings a bit of sanity into this mad world. All the best from the other side of the ocean!
I like to fill my evening with videos like this. Wild Wonderful Off Grid, Good Simple Living & Off Grid with Jake & Nicole are my favs along with RPR. Oh & maybe Life Uncontained
At the age of 65, my husband and his friend started discussing buying some property. He is now 67 years old and after much looking and research they bought 21 acres in Georgia. Not as big as yours or as harsh in the winters but it has a lot of potential for homesteading. It was at this time when he discovered your channel on UA-cam. He and I for a few weeks watched every single video until we caught up to date. He and his buddy in the last 6 months have put in a well, put up a work building and are slowly setting the foundation to put up a couple of houses. At his age I thought it was not a good time for him to start a project such as this but I’m watching him fulfill a dream he has had. After he retired he wondered around without much joy and purpose but now he is working hard for our future (lol) and it is a blessing to see. I am a couple of years subscriber and continue to watch you, Cedar, and kids live a dream that has turned into a reality. As long as you and Cedar are on the same page and look above for guidance, your hard work and ethics are an unbeatable force… Blessings on your new addition!🙏
That's the explanation, that you are on the right path! Today, I took advantage of the typical beautiful spring day that has been so hard to come by this spring, and worked extending my garden plot and moved the strawberry bed down to the opposite end of my 7 foot x 18 foot strip I and my 50 year old son have managed to make level on this steep hillside between the road and the house. My garden has a path between its two levels, all of which required rock removal, placed instead of terracing 75 years ago. Besides the strip of level which I hope to cover with cattle panel greenhouse, I have 5 rectangular beds covered with cloches draped with bird mesh instead of the plastic covers. Its attractive and pleases me greatly for the 6 months of the year without snow. Your enthusiasm between you and Cedar sparkles. We, your supporters and your audience, are so glad you are here!
First of all, I should apologize for not subscribing sooner. I’ve faithfully watched all your videos for years and am so thankful for your family. It takes me back to my childhood and watching and working with my dad to improve our property and make a home out of a bare piece of land. I miss him every day and treasure the memories we made during those heinous tasks like putting in the septic system, digging our well, and building our well house. Thank you for being brave enough to share your journey and the successes and learning opportunities that come from a spirit of “can do” who embraces the challenges and just keeps putting one foot in front of the other. I grew up in northern Nevada at the base of the Ruby mountains and also lived a number of years in southern Idaho with my husband. We currently reside in Texas and seeing the familiar landscape is like a welcome trip home. Again, thank you. You will never know how much these videos have touched my heart. God bless and keep you and may your courage and vitality take you to success after success. Thanks, again.
I didn’t realize the land was right next door. This makes more sense to me now. Congrats on your purchase. May it continue to help you enjoy the fruits of your labor and to make the most of Red Poppy Ranch. You have built such a wonderful place!
Adjoining land offers a further potential tax advantage even as vacant land benefits from 2 out of 5 year personal residence exemption aka IRS Section 121.
He teased us by omitting the fact that the property was adjoining! I didn't comment on the previous video because I had a feeling that Heath was withholding something. Anyway, great decision! I'm pleased.
I've been subscribed for many years now and to be honest I normally let the adverts run to make you every extra cent possible because I appreciate you bringing us along on this amazing journey you are on. 👋🇬🇧
Much different presentation of your plans than the last video. You didn’t state that it was right next door, that you’ve been working on the deal for two years and that you are not moving. People made comments that you perceived to be rude because they are invested into your journey and want to see you thrive. Heath you are a hard worker and a great family man. Congratulations on your new land addition.
Wow!!!!! Ok Red Poppy subscribers..... Heath and Cedar have worked really hard to make this dream a reality. Get behind them, contact them, join the crew if you can. This will be a great blessing to them and to you all.
This is incredible news! We are so happy for you both and your family - we've been dreaming of visiting RPR from the UK 🇬🇧 for years!! Love from our little family to yours
What’s wrong with being a workaholic? I love your show and family because you are what all of us should be. Embrace the people that love your show and thank the ones that complain and criticize, nothing pisses them off more than a thank you. I personally would love to visit…..if I was 20 yrs younger….just so I could keep up with you
Yeah I worked only to keep my family in a house that we now own. Both my wife and myself have a family we are very very proud of, our two children are grownups and have lives of their own. Keep up the great work Heath and as you say SUBSCRIBE if you like the content, if not don't complain about something you cannot understand why or how it's been done. 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍 From the UK 🇬🇧
I am not into the workaholic thing but my dad was totally bought into that he retired at the tender age of 77 - His hobbies were flying and working the cattle ranch well we always though the flying would get him and it almost did he crashed his plane, but in the end it was a cow that hit him and broke his hip. He still loves going to the ranch but I can tell it really hurts him not to be out there helping out - enjoy and do what makes ya happy
I have watched your show for , what seams to be years and have never seen you so happy. I watched you and held my breath as you put the sheeting on the house. You have made me hold mu breath many times. My hat is off to you. I used to work just like you but time has a way of catching up. I'm 75 in body and 55 in mind. Cancer had slowed my down. agent orange has a way of taking down a good man. Keep up the good work and keep your Cedar happy. Her giggle says it all. You the man.
I've never commented but I'm Canadian and my wife and I watch your daily living, and we find your channel to be refreshing. We've subscribed a long time ago. Love it keep it up. My wife and I have been thinking about moving to the US. Love the freedom out there.
Now that I realize this new property is next to you homestead I totally get it. I would have jumped on the same opportunity. I can’t wait to watch this new chapter.
Congratulations!! Heath and Cedar you guys are awesome I've been following you for years you have inspired me to purchase land thank you for taking the time to put out such meaningful content
Will keep watching you and your progress on the property. Keep it up Heath. And please stay healthy 🙏 Thank you for sharing all your experiences, accomplishments and memories in life with Cedar and children.👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍🥰🥰🥰🥰
I just wanted to say that I've been a subscriber for about 6 months. what I enjoy about your video's is that you do all the work around the ranch yourself. love watching all your projects you do, can't say that enough. with that being said, buying the additional 40 acres is so awesome. In my opinion the more the better. Good luck and keep on doing what you do.
I am so delighted with the fact that your new property is right next-door to yours I was imagining that it was down the road up the road and around the corner and you sure fooled us it’s right next to yours, enjoy it build it up and have a good good life, I would love to go up there but at my age it’s hard for me to climb any steep side mountains but I’ll keep seeing your videos and just enjoy the vista through your eyes. Keep healthy keep strong, much love and good wishes to you and yours from Long Beach, Calif., Rosemary🌹
Congratulations Heath and Cedar. I think alot of subs didn't know that the land was next to your property. That makes all the difference in the world. Yes, you had to buy the land. I think it was the Lord giving you a blessing. Jealous people will be critical when the blessings come. You are going to be able t have more great content in your video's for a long time. Blessings to RPR!
I am so happy for you ! Well deserved. And don't feel the need to explain yourselves, people will be jealous. I started a channel 9 years ago so I know what you guys have to deal with.... Again, SUPER happy for you
I am genuinely happy for your family and the fact you were able to expand on what will become your legacy. What you have created is a foundation that will give not only your family a place to grow from, but also that of your kids and their kids beyond that. Folks that are negative or naysayers are probably the same ones that want everything handed to them or are just downright jealous of what you have created and continue to build at Red Poppy. Been a subscriber from very early on and have proudly promoted your channel and values as I will continue to do. Keep up the great work.
I've been a subscriber for at least a couple years. I enjoy watching your journey and living somewhat vicariously through you. I never thought of Heath as a workaholic, more of a man on a mission. A man does what needs to be done. Not because he enjoys it, even though that helps, but because it needs to be done. So instead of whining and complaining, he just gets to work. Blessings for what the future holds for you, Cedar and the kids.
Congratulations Heath and Cedar. I would love to come to one of your classes, but age and distance won’t allow me too. I will just have to continue watching your fantastic videos. Good luck with all your projects and ambitions xx
ME TOO! tho' it sure is fun to watch an be a part of this journey even from far away. I'm not that far, but age makes it difficult. Not unhappy tho' I throughly enjoy from my living room and laptop!
I've never commented here, but watch you postings every day that they come out. I admire your work ethic and sincerity, and the way you two are raising your family. Most of all, I like watching what you create out of an idea. This new land will blossom under your hands, and I can't wait to see what comes next.
What a blessing Heath & Cedar. Do you plan on expanding the fence along the road? Now you have so much potential for Red Poppy Ranch to grow. I have been here since the start. So much positive and i can't wait to see the ranch and family grow.
Congratulations on your purchase !!! I don't follow very many channels but most of them are people living as self sufficient as possible like your channel and all of them are hard working, patriotic, freedom loving people and I subscribe to them and I do not skip the ads . I like seeing like minded people living life on their terms.
I smiled through this whole video just from picking up on Heath's excitement. I nearly cheered when he said the property was next door. How fantastic is that? It amazes me how some people can be arrogant enough to chastise or criticize another person for going into debt for anything, especially to improve their lives. Nobody should have to take that kind of abuse. And that is what it is. Bless you, have a ball with all your dreams and plans and tell the bullies to kiss your royal rosy cheeks.
I admire your work ethic!!! It's people like you who settled this country; who weren't afraid to step out and do what needed to be done; who worked long hours. If you enjoy it and you love what you accomplish - go for it!!! I pray you have great success!!!
Enjoy watching you work….my husband especially is always glued to your program…appreciate your family values…would love to visit you guys…just don’t know with my health issues…but none the less…it is so considerate of you and Cedar to want to share your experience with your valued listeners…take care
Awesome opportunity! We have been subscribers since Choose your neighbors wisely. The house hadn't been started. Your family is an inspiration, showing what hard and determination can achieve. Thank you
Congratulations, you just opened up your little world here on earth just a little bit more. I have been watching you dear folks since you were building up there and the family was in town. I love your content always have, and I have watched you working, and still today and every time I watch you Heath, you remind me of my dad so so much, not in looks, not in age, just in the working and you are (were) build the same way. Daddys been gone several years, and you content makes me happy because of your family and what your doing, but because I think of him every time I watch! ♥
Watching you build your home, gave me the courage to build my own loft in a shop on my ancestral property. I've been living in it for nearly a year now and I love it. I'm working with my parents to get the home they can retire to built on the property. Watching the adventures and builds you go on, gives me the courage and motivation to turn this 8.5 acre property (a portion of the original 300 acres) that's been in my family since 1885 into a proper little homestead. Only 40 acres of that original 300 remains in my family, but it is my dream to reacquire the two little lots on either side of ours that were once apart of it.
bravo to you ! my grandfather said LAND IS MONEY IN THE BANK. He had land in Ireland, and sold it so that he could move his family to America in early 1915 or so
Jenna, Good luck 🍀🍀I tell young people TODAY DO NOT LET ANYONE STOP YOUR DREAMS. I wanted 6 years to make my dreams come true. I was 21 years old, I am 89 years old today. So Jenna stay strong. 👵
Congratulations on your new land. I’ve watched you for years and I’ll continue to watch as long as you continue to put videos out. I’m excited for your future at Red Poppy Ranch which has now doubled in size.
Dear Heath and Ceder, I have a huge RPR fan and totally admire you both for what you are doing. I am writing to you from India - bangalore with my only reference of USA was when I did visit way back in 2010. I still watch your videos and appreciate all your efforts to bring us a slice of your life/projects. I absolutely am in love with your work ethic and dedication to your family and environment around you. Really inspiring. congratulations on purchasing your new property and for all the naysayers I can only say ~Fortune favours the brave ... Cheers Shilpa
Congratulations, we are so happy for you... and you are right... you HAD TO buy it ! The buffer for your family's privacy and lifestyle will be invaluable for generations. God bless you.
I don't think you communicated that the prospective land was right next your current homestead. Maybe I missed it but this makes alot more sense now, I must agree. Buying surrounding land is almost always a good idea. Red Poppy Ranch just doubled in size, that is a pretty good bump. Congrats.
Yes, I agree, and I also did not think the land abutted the property which is what caused me to doubt the decision in the first place. Also, it originally sounded like they were going to rebuild another house for their primary residence. If I had heard today's description, I would have thought it was a great idea. Some might say I should not have second-guessed, but the last video didn't leave much to guess at as far as my thinking on the matter. Now I say, congratulations.
I have been following you from the beginning and now my wife also follows and watches all of your videos with me, words can’t express how happy we are for you and your wonderful family, you have worked very hard for everything and we thank you for sharing every week with us. As for the negative people out there please do not give them another second of your time! - best regards, Mario & Vanda from the island of Barbados.
Congratulations. What great potential you've just added, seems like you've broadened your family's horizons. And the legacy you'll be able to handle down is priceless.
The last video gave the impression that you were planning to drop everything you’ve accomplished so far on a whim and start over. I’m happy for you guys to learn this is actually growth and expansion of what you’ve already done
Scott Williams, I have to agree with your comments. Too bad, he had to insult some of us that have been with them for 6/7 years when we were only concerned about the family's well been!
I didn't get that impression at all. I guess because it would be so out of character for Heath and Cedar considering all of their aspirations expressed for the past few years.
@@chris3m98 I didn't take what he said as insults but then, I didn't comment as I got the impression that the additional property was connected and I tho't it was a good idea to prevent the "wrong" entity from buying it out from under them. I don't understand how others got the wrong impression.
To be perfectly honest... you wouldn't have had to "wallow through" much if you had told the full story 2 days ago. Congratulations on your new acreage!
I would just like to see some drone shots with a few lines drawn , just to get a general idea where the lines are at because the drone footage just shows what seems to be 1000 acres!! LOL
I don't normally add comments, I do subscribe. You guys have my respect and attention. Please continue to talk to us, as if we were there with you, sharing your life and experiences. Thank you and God bless.
Congratulations on your land! You said that being a subscriber sends a message of what we want for content,I completely agree! I hope that more people will grasp that idea and get on board all over UA-cam and use the privilege we have to be heard . Thank you for sharing!
Long time subscriber here, I recommend your channel to friends and family often. I love the wholesome, down to earth content. Keep up the great work Heath and Cedar!
You made the right choice! Especially having such a narrow front entrance, you need it to be wider for your farm! Kudos to you! Love your channel! ❤️❤️❤️
This is inspiration to me. I have been following and watching your channel since the beginning of RPR. One moment in particular which showed your courage was when you were building porch trusses and it fell and hit your lower back. There was no one around except your dog. You were visibly shaken I could see it in your expression. I wish I could have helped you but unfortunately I am in Johannesburg. Congratulations!
Heath, probably the best compliment I can give you is the fact that I have watched you channel from the time you started building your house. I am also quite surprised at how quickly you adapt to new things at the ranch. My father taught me carpentry skills and I have built some major projects in the past, even remodeled my wife’s home in Watertown, MA. before getting married and moving to Oregon. My skill range is nothing like yours though. Congratulations on the new land purchase, I’m sure you will have many wonderful adventures and experiences with the new land.
Ok. So I must admit I was concerned until you revealed it is the connecting property. You got me for sure. I totally get it now. This is really exciting! So happy for both of you. 😁
So happy for you guys to be able to get the other property. My family and I moved in 2019 to a remote area as we wanted to live in a peaceful place and have land and a safe place for the kids. I am also in the process of getting more land and forest which is connected to our property. As we want space for animals and forest for harvesting for firewood and for lumber to build with and future growth. The total size would be over 100 acres.
There are always more than a few couch sitters who are happy to sit on the side lines. It's easy to be a critic when there is nothing invested. You guys have built something from scratch that is amazing and have created positive impacts across the globe (I'm in Australia). Please keep it up, you are genuine, appreciated and building something that your children's children will one day no doubt enjoy.
Now, you didn't say in the last video that the land was right next to what you already had. That makes a world of difference. If I had the means to be able to buy the 90 acres next to me, I would get it in a heartbeat!
I love your channel too, Honey Hollow Homestead! I am praying that with your hard work. and diligence so evident, you will be able to do far above what you can even dream of!
@@HoneyHollowHomestead Yes, you do! I love that! There is a scriptural principle of gaining little by little. "He who is faithful in that which is least is also faithful in much."
Once you’ve estabilished the edges of your new combined land, it would be awesome to get a drone shot of it to understand the scale. I always try to spot the cabin in relation to your house in the drone shots, but I guess it’s not easy to fit it all in frame 😎
Good for you!!! Also, thanks Cedar, you rock!!! When a woman like Cedar gives her blessing on an idea or project to a man like Heath, watch out! Good things are coming!!!
I can’t imagine how or why anyone would think it’s their business to tell you where to spend your money! Y’all have done such an amazing job with your family and building a home. My mom and I love your videos and we have been so impressed with your work ethic and drive from the very beginning. God bless and keep your family.
I have been a subscriber to your channel for a very long time. I am also a Disabled Vietnam Veteran. Your flying of the American Flag is very personal and meaningful to me. My brothers 58,000 plus died in that war. Fortunately I made it back alive!
I’m so thrilled for y’all. I appreciate and respect you for being so honest and open with your dreams. You guys are an inspiration to those of us trying to keep our dreams going too.
Ohhhhh, it was adjacent to your property. Knowing that would have probably eliminated half of the hysteria in the comments. Lol. It’s a relief to see you aren’t abandoning the homestead you both have worked so hard for, just expanding. I’ve been with you from day one, and look forward to what’s next.
Good day Red poppies family, I am from Johannesburg South Africa , and I am 68 years old, you videos and other like your that is al what I watch and I will always support you , I'm glad you got the land I WATCH YOUR VIDEOS FROM THE BEGINNING KEEP UP AL WHATS MATTERS IS WHAT YOU WANT FOR THE FAMILY,
Congratulations on the new land. Theres probably a lot of folks like me that always watch but never comment. We kind of just stay in our own lane but enjoy the videos. I have 30 acres of off grid cabin property that my wife and I cut down the logs and built a cabin from scratch so we can appreciate the hard work required. Our next goal is off grid home site to retire at and be as self reliant as possible. You guys are an inspiration to many of us. Thanks
27 seconds in and im PUMPED for you guys....jealous, and pumped! So excited for your family....and for us as a UA-cam community to get to follow along! Looking forward to awesome things!
Heath, I made a comment a couple of months ago about sometimes sounding like a doomsday person. I believe I qualified my comment as not being negative but on the contrary, positive. You guys work hard and are such a good, wholesome family that any appearance of negativity goes against what you are doing. So, let me reiterate, I love you guys, love what you are doing and I believe you've got hearts of gold. Thanks for many hours of great viewing and thanks for inviting ME into your home.
That’s exciting. Hope it turns out to be a blessing. I wouldn’t call you a workaholic but rather driven and I mean that in a kind way. You know what you want and you push forward till you get it done. That is admirable.
Heath and Cedar I have been following you since just about day one and behind you 110%, I'm not going to abandon you now. Keep up the great work you have our vote from Pennsylvania as a great family, you have wonderful values ethics and morals and it shows. You have made a wonderful legacy just as so many other channels on UA-cam have and I'm proud to be a subscriber, many thanks to you and your family for the wonderful content and hard work that has clearly paid off. Happiest of holidays to you all, and many thanks again, Vince
Congratulations on your new property. I guess you realize us seniors live our lives vicariously through your exploits. I love your content and don't let the nay Sayers get you down keep up the great work.
Good to hear you have expanded your homestead. Love your content as well as the American Flag on your swag. You are on the right track in my opinion. If people don't like it, they should move on. Simple.
Must admit I was a bit worried for you when you first mentioned buying the land and having to finance it, (maybe you didn't say it was next to your existing , or I missed that), but it makes perfect sense to me now, and for what it's worth, I would have done exactly what you two did. Looking forward to seeing your plans for it all.
This is so exciting for you guys..everything that you wanted to improve your home and property! It’s going to be exciting to watch all this develop! Wishing you the very best in your new adventure
Hello Heath & Cedar, I admire your enthusiasm and attention to positive values. I also admire your extensive hard work. The naysayers do not understand hard work. Keep up the good fight. You both and your family are absolute winners!
Two other of my Facebook channels that I watch are doing similar projects! Wild and wonderful is in the process of building an airbnb! Unfortunately they ended up contracting a cement company that ruined the foundation and it must be redone! We love all of you so much and wish the best to you all! I'm just a little old lady old enough to be your Mom,but you were one of the first channels I started watching! I pick and choose who I watch and why I watch you! The other UA-cam channel I watch is doing workshops and training people in these crafts! So you probably will be doing both!!! Yeah!
So cool that the land is right next door! You were pretty sneaky about that detail! 😁 so happy for you guys, you work harder than anyone I've ever known! You will succeed!
@@fraslavko1 Yes but that could be a mile down the road where as connected to the property would have been more informative. But that does not matter now because we understand because of this post. :)
If you can pay it off in a year that's a extremely reasonable amount of debt to take on. I think a lot of people thought you were thinking of starting all over on a property far away. But this is just significantly adding to the original homestead. Like you said that's an opportunity you had to take. Huge congratulations.
Congratulations 🎉. I can tell it’s both of your dream come true, a lot of work ahead, but y’all seem to be up for it. Wow what beautiful wildlife in your back, backyard! Get to work finishing what you started first for Cedar, you are her everything!👍❤️🙏🇺🇸
On the other video, I got the implication that you were looking at some other property not connected to where you already own and some distance away. Property directly connected to your current property is another whole story, especially if you can keep it from being cut up into mini home lots right on top of you. You can almost never go wrong adding to your existing property, but I know of several situations where they said, wish I could have gone back and bought that.
That's what I thought, i.e. they were going to abandon their original property and rebuild everything from scratch. They did not make clear what they're now doing which is probably why they got so many doubtful comments last video. So, congratulations to them now.
One last: Could you do something like take a google maps aerial view, and draw lines on it to show us the two properties and explain how it makes a difference? (Cut out the data that google shows on the edges.) Or even just a line drawing of the shapes of the lots, and show some elevation or something. (I'm getting kind of excited about the possibilities for you guys. LOL)
Congratulations on getting the land you wanted. Do not worry about what people say.... YOU DO YOU! It is so easy to be negative online now. So easy to type in words that hurt others without a thought of the effect they have. You do what you want especially when you say you know it's right. The land looks beautiful!
I would really like to see you do what you know best plumbing for off grid living. Our well is giving us brown water and we have all the filtration installed and we are so frustrated. Congratulations on your new land. Nothing beats owning your own dirt.
When you first mentioned buying more land I did not realize that it was connected to your property. I wondered why you would leave what you had worked so hard to build. Now I see your vision. I am happy for you. I am looking forward to seeing what you do with the addition.
Exactly what I had been thinking. I was actually "wishing" that the property was connected, but didn't think it was.
That’s exactly what I thought that the property was somewhere else . It didn’t make sense to most of us that you would start again from scratch ultimately you can do whatever you want.
It not that you didn't realise, it's that they deliberately kept that bit to themselves.

How could you NOT do everything possible to buy the bock of land next-door! Another 42 acres is a total game changer! Very happy for you all!!!
I am SO STOKED to see what’s next for you and the family. Can’t wait to see!!!!!
So HAPPY 😀 FOR YOU ALL
This is incredible news!
I also didn't understand that the new property was connected to their existing property. Makes a lot more sense now.
Congratulations!! Heath and Cedar you guys are awesome I've been following you for years you have inspired me to purchase land thank you for taking the time to put out such meaningful content
Makes total sense now that the new property backs up to yours!!! So happy for you!! God bless your sweet family❤️
That’s what I said 😄
Will keep watching you and your progress on the property.

Hello Maria
Heath and Cedar are some the most ambitious people. God bless you and looking forward to following it all
So happy ya"ll got the property. Your family Has worked so hard to get where you are now. Have fun .
Congratulations 🎉 Heath & Cedar!
What a blessing for you guys and your family. So happy for you! Such an exciting time for you!
Congratulations on the acquiring the property. Looking forward to seeing the transformation of both parcels of land now.
Outstanding! Red Poppy Ranch just got bigger. I'm so excited to see the new property. It takes the show into a whole new age. Well done
I’m so happy for you both! What a fun adventure this will add into your lives.
Awesome opportunity!

Hello Laura
Cedar and Heath, you deserve all the happiness in the world. If I lived closer I'd be up there pulling fence with you.
While I would gladly do that my body says not so fast. :)

We had no idea the land was next door. Now see that information changes the response. Of course, it makes sense 2 buy it.
🎊 Congratulations 😀
Congrats to y’all! I’m happy for the new addition of land to your homestead! Enjoy and live free!🤓🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸❤️
Opportunity knocked, you opened the door, and we’ve all benefited! Thank you Red Poppy Ranch!🌺
Heath, Cedar & family! I am so very happy for you!!! May this new journey be blessed and profitable for your and your future! Congratulations!!!
The one thing they can’t make more of is land. Congratulations on your homestead expansion! Beautiful country you got there!
I was definitely nervous for you guys but now knowing the property is next door! Amazing!! Super excited for you!! Well done!
This is an exciting development! Can’t wait to see what you do with this now larger property. I’m here for the journey!
To be fair that would have presented a problem in the buying of the land. :)
I would very much appreciate seeing a map of your two properties and adjacent road(s). Congratulations!
Congrats to you both!! Maybe the kids when they grow up will build close now! Always have help near by!!
Well done, may having this additional property truly expand your horizons with a great future.
Wow! Congratulations Heath and Cedar! Such a God gift for you and your kids. Congratulations!
I was thinking a very similar thing. I think they were playing with us a little bit. 😀

HE DID SAY INITALLY THAT THE LAND is right next to his current property.
Hello Cindy
@@fraslavko1 Yes but that could be a mile down the road where as connected to the property would have been more informative. But that does not matter now because we understand because of this post. :)
If you can pay it off in a year that's a extremely reasonable amount of debt to take on. I think a lot of people thought you were thinking of starting all over on a property far away. But this is just significantly adding to the original homestead. Like you said that's an opportunity you had to take. Huge congratulations.
People assumed and we all know what they say about people who assume.
This is SO AWESOME! Congratulations! You guys really bust your backside out there, you totally deserve to have your dreams come true.
Congratulations!! I have been with you guys for 3 plus years. Excited for you.
LOL)
I'm all about what you guys do. I'm just over the hill a little ways in MT and am currently looking for land myself. Goodluck on the new adventure
