There should be an entire youtube app dedicated for asmr. Everytime I want to go to sleep, I like to put on some asmr on my phone. But on my phone there is also a lot of interesting youtube shorts and normal videos before I even get to ASMR. In the end I lost more sleep trying to fall asleep quickly than just trying to fall asleep regularly.
