i was worried we wouldn't see how diesel got found out glad we still saw it
Gordon, James, and Henry learned not to do that again by jumping into conclusions.
Favorite moments:
STH I’s Words of Wisdom
Duck’s nightmare; foreshadowing future arrivals to the NWR and showing us an alternative ending to you-know-what.
The montage set to Duck’s Season 17 Theme.
5:50-5:51 “Goodbye” That was cute.
Duck being the one to come up with the idea of slowing down to match the runaway’s speed.
No emotional whiplash from action-packed to light-hearted.
STH going undercover, and finding Diesel out.
Diesel’s threat.
I like how Thomas was worked naturally into the story.
That TATMR reference.
STH admiring the statue of his father.
The post-credits scene; It seemed like Diesel might have learned that Arry and Bert were bad influences but that last-second twist says otherwise.
6:20 Henry: Oh no. My goods train.
That was pretty fantastic.
Thank you for letting me be a part of the experience 😊
Duck: Beg pardon, sir! Excuse my intrusion.
Barber: No, I won’t! You’ve damaged my wall, frightened my customers, and spoiled my new paint. I’ll teach you! (Lathers shaving cream on Duck’s face)
Poor Duck…
I loved your duck and the diesel engine saga. And I thank you for letting me be a part of it. I wish that I could also help you with future projects
This was really a lovely story :)
It went into depth on the north western railways lore and memory of the first controller :D
It was nicely done :D
Edward's voice sounds like one of the voices you'd hear in a Smallfilms series.
That would be from me! I had a lot of fun playing Edward! Thank you for your feedback, sir.
3:57 It's the suspense that gets me.
Had fun voicing the barber for this even if it was a minor role, excellent adaptation!
This is the best A Close Shave remake which the fandom has done. There is so much depth to it and a lot of detail. The Fat Controller reminiscing about his father and wanting his father to be proud of him is the best substance in it. I like how there was more implementation to Duck staying at Edward’s station.
@@theburpman8006 thank you so much! A lot has been put in to this story that’s been being thought of for months
Pretty cool that in duck’s dream scene you put in the scene of Donald coming to sodor and him smuggling Douglas with him and Oliver Isabel and Toad escape to sodor at 3:21
This is such an outstanding and impeccable retelling of the original story. Well done there, m8!
Great video and I loved the TATMR reference
THE CLOSE SHAVE 🪒
The Barber’s Number One Customer! Written by The Railway Series!
That was incredible. It was a very detailed ending and I loved the little extra bits that helped the story along. The parts in Duck's dream had me thinking something was coming. The crash was down differently and I enjoyed seeing Duck being welcomed home. Looks like Diesel has something up his sleeve for next time.
Keep it up Sudrian Steamers
Great Duck and The Diesel Engine Saga Final Story The Close Shave Video You Created There
Did any other person’s mind immediately think of “The Truth About Scrap” upon seeing that message about Diesel returning in “The Truth Unveiled” or was it just me?
It's gonna be along the same lines of a truth about scrap but still completely different
@@SudrianSteamersDoes that Gordon model have both RWS and TVS faces?
@@jeremiahsisaias8677 I think so
THREE WORDS
AWESOME, THRILLING, PERFECTION!!!!!!
You did an outstanding job here mate! Congratulations on this!
such a good adaptation
Brilliantly done. I can't wait to see the other adaptions.
What a truly amazing finale to a fabulous saga! Its been a pleasure to watch this. I loved Duck being the one to decide to slow the train down
“Oh no Annie, Clarabel, I’ll send Percy to come and get you.”
“We’ve heard that one before.”
😅😊😂
Some things never change.
Wow! That was a great ending. Good work.
an amazing adaptation
9:16 bro was just hiding in a goods van ☠️
That is what I meant by “STH going undercover” in my “Favorite Moments” comment.
This was fantastic I loved every second of this
Super excited for what's to come
6:10 I thought that was Big Bertha on the hill but the tender closeup shows it's Henry.
Didn't recognise him cos of his weird face, much more stylised compared to the TVS face.
Thanks for letting me be a part of this.
And also excellent use of doing the cutaway scene of Diesel being sent back home. I am so subscribing to you for this! You are the best RWS book TRAINZ remaker ever!
This is Fantastic!, I absolutely love it., I Sure Can't Wait for Other Projects Soon., Congrats on having 6,000 Subs.😃👍👍
Thank you! Cheers!
WOW!!
It’s like the happy end of a full movie!🥲🥲🥲
WOW this was absolutely FANTASTIC 😎(was Duck banking in reverse?)
I hope you do more of these adaptations…would love to see Donald and Douglas and Oliver done like this…heck even Boco and his journey
I feel bad for duck
Me too. Not only did Gordon, Henry, and James treat him Horribly, they all believed Diesel's Lies. This is a lesson to learn: Don't believe everything you hear. You never know when someone is trying to deceive you.
What a work of art, you gained another subscriber🗿
Continue with this masterpiece Sudrian 👍🏻
A perfect conclusion.
Amazing work!!!!
9:17 he be hidin in the weirdest 😭🙏
So many salt vans in the runaway train
Tatmr references 11:07
Awesome adaptation well done!
17:47-17:51 What is this "The Truth Unveiled" thing for the Railway Series?
Diesels next appearance, its basically how Diesel gets hit with the realization that Steam isnt the only type that gets scrapped but Diesels too
What I like about this is that The Fat Controller wanted to make his dad proud. He investigated the matter to find out what was really going on
Cool mate
I like it
Thanks for crediting me.
W movie
Congratulations on 6000 subscribers!
Did the Gordon model you used have both RWS and TVS faces?
Thank you so much! And yes it was mixed !
Those trucks are scumbags. Sir Topham Hatt should've had a stern conversation with them telling them when derailments occur, railways lose money because maintainance is expensive and people can get injured.
4:33
House of El did a good job on james. May i please voicd act him next time? I can send you my audition on my second channel
🎉
Good luck with getting 7,000 subscribers Sudrian Steamers!
Thank you so much!
@@SudrianSteamers And thank you for my support! CHEER'S!
Who are the characters in the next episode
😅 Damien messed up big time
l like the railway series

6:09This part is very similar of the video of 4F production
I chose to have Henry as the engine who’s goods train broke away
According to A Close Shave in the RWS, Diesel got send away for telling lies about Henry after Duck left and you didn't included it. No offense.
The lies about Henry were already told in old square wheels so having it repeat in a close shave even after Duck left felt like it’d be repetitive. So I did that part in my own way on how diesel gets sent away
How many runaway trucks?
Around like 17
Not bad, that’s close to 20
And how fast will they go?
@@terencewilliammckenna6121fast. Idk.
Maybe 19 trucks
Could I join as donald and douglas in caledonian twins
All depends on the impression you can do
