Honestly, I get it. The h3 channel is probably so much pressure to create the perfect video, so many subs on there and high expectations. Here he can just create what he wants and enjoy himself rather than worrying about perfecting it
literally facts. i love that he prefers the podcast and as long as he prefers that I'm on board. but there really is something beautiful about seeing old humour come out. its similar to jojis music video for the song "gimme love." there's a split second clip in there where he's up against a wall screaming and it reminds me of the ART that was old youtube. a split second of "frank? is that you?" that being said, I'm glad people like ethan and joji (and many others) have progressed and found new things that interest them and make them happy, just as they made us happy all those years :3
honestly it was nice to see; using the podcast for these little sketches is probably a more digestible way for him to make sketch comedy instead of investing a ton of time into a full length thing
So glad to see him incorporating it more into the intros of off the rails

@@anonymous-hb4nu yeah the objectification and commodification of sentient animals is anthropocentrism, its easy to change synonyms to impersonalise animals but it doesn't change the fact pigs are very sentient, smart as other animals that are cared about and protected because its the societal norm. It doesn't matter the synonym you use, the fact is we raise billions of peaceful, social and emotionally aware animals in stressful industrial conditions, waste water and making the food to feed them for the months it takes for them to reach a profitable size, something like a year for pigs when they live like ten? A fraction of their lifespan. And what it does to the world environmentally, ecologically, it takes the piss really. Its just a fast track way to pushing the planets limits, really at the end of the day the only argument that is honest to justify eating meat is that people just want to and its comfortable to be indifferent to the hard reality of how its become a state of consumption that can never be sustainable where we are and how we do it, except for I guess lab grown meat and other possibilities along that line maybe
@@hughman9975 some people do require meat for health reasons. Ignoring that doesn’t help. It’s better to acknowledge it so we can push for more accessible options to be made with those people in mind.
