I never seen one of those honda engines before. 1st for me good info on how to set the timing on this particular engine.
If anyone needs to remove the gear after pulling the pin, push the belt off then push both rocker in at the same time and pull the gear out
I have never seen a honda on one of those mowers. Must of been a repower. This should a lot of people needing to this or with this same problem!!

TDC on which stroke I assume compression stroke ?
hi i am in the uk the same place cog for the timing on mine is broken and i can find one anywhere so you know the correct name are part number by any chance 🙏
why would you do that unless your replacing the belt ?
Install a new o ring on the cam pin or you will have a oil leak...!
