I’m going to miss Veep so much. I love love that show.
Westogwarts So many shows in the past went past their prime that now all of these great shows are quitting right at their peaks. It kind of sucks but I guess it’s a little better than them going on forever.
the chemistry between JLD and Tony in the show is LEVEL 10.
I'll miss her emmy bits. My favorites were when Tony came on stage with her and held her bag and the time Bryan Cranston laid a big kiss on her to remind her they worked together on Seinfeld
True
Hands down the best comedy show ever made. I wish people appreciated it more. Gonna miss it so much and rewatch it for eternity.
her smile and laugh is the best
She is an incredibly gifted comedic actor. The command she has over every scene, she has never gone even a second overboard - something most comedy leads start doing once their show goes on over 3-4 seasons.
No one comes close in Hollywood, hands down.
she's my favorite female comedian..no show makes me *literally LOL* like Veep does..best comedy of all time IMO
So agree! I watch episodes over and over and still laugh out loud. The acting is great and the writing is superb!
Veep is the most genius satire on any medium of all time.
It’s pretty great but I do still prefer _The Thick of It_ .
One of the best sitcoms ever. ❤️
best show ever. The show stay consistently funny and interesting through out all of the seasons.
I want a Christmas card from Julia 👌🏻😜
So excited for it
Queen of the castle!
She was really missed in the emmys. waiting for her bits in the next one
At 57 years old Julia is aging backwards!
I love JLD! Can't get enough of her comedy.
HE CALLED ME BIG HEAD
The greatest of her generation. All time us below Lucy & Gilda
If it doesn't work out with Tony, I'll gladly be your new Gary after the show ends. Pick me!
Just googled. 57 years old.
veep is so fkng good noooooooo don't leaaaaavee
Selena Myer my dream president❤️
What prize? Does the clip continue? Also, JLD is such a ray of sunshine!
Mark Twain prize
She is a ray of sunshine, but you are a diamond Tamanna Das
Wish they spoke about Seinfeld 🙏🏻
STILL smashable x10
June Amarillo truuuu
Women love being referred to as smashable...you must be a real playa /s
@T BZ - 🎵Playa Playa Playa Play ooooooonnn🎵
last season? that sucks.
SDF
I've noticed an odd trend of necks and heads being equally sized.
What was funny about the scene? Can someone explain it to a foreigner? ;)
I think she had more fun filming the scene than how funny it is just to watch. It was still funny, because usually he is bending over backwards as her servant and the roles were reversed. She served him awful food and he had to try to eat it and act like it was good because after all she made it and she is worshipped. Maybe someone else could better explain it but I tried
Julia's character Selena is a pathological narcissist power hungry politician and Gary is the inverse codependant man servant of her each and every whim.
The character and morality of Selena and how terrible she is to those whom would do the most for her from a "genuine" place are the general tropes of humor used in this shows numerous characters.
I'd say that you both, above, explained it quite well.
Veep is the funniest show
