Although you've made an informative video but you need to research about chromebooks, chromebooks can easily run PUBG like games depending upon which laptop you choose for example HP 14a chromebook runs heavy softwares easily. And yes you're correct in terms when you said chromebooks can't run Adobe Aftereffects and so on...but it can easily run kinemaster like software and nowadays kinemaster can do everything that Adobe After effects does. and also it supports linux so you can easily run linux software in it and because of its lite OS it does not consume so much of ram therefore you can easily run multiple softwares at once without finding any lag issue one more thing chromeOS can do everything that and AndroidOS can do and by my personal experiance Chrome OS is really very handy and lite and if you are a developer or a student than The Chromebook is for you and if you're familer with android softwares yoh can easily do graphic editing ... overall comparing a Window laptop to a Chromebook is really very worst idea.
I would recommend if you're a student & developer you can purchase it and it is worthy for it just keep in mind which laptop you're choosing
