This is Gordon Lightfoot's songwriting at its peak. And Rick Haynes's bass parts were absolutely integral to Gordon's songs as much as Red's and Terry's second guitars. This was a magical teaming.

It was a fantastic concert.....could have sat through many more hours of it. What a beautiful tribute by so many Canadian greats for a great Canadian icon. He was " there" watching. Not one act grandstanded....all were there for Gordon !!

Absolutely beautiful for Gordon.
Gordon Lightfoot was such a beautiful human.
A true peoples person.
A humble man, he was so well connected with people around him.
Unfortunately I never got to experience him live in Australia.
