- I love riding around Benjakitti Forest Park in Bangkok. The park opened in 2022 and is probably the best exercise Park for Expats that live in the Central Bangkok. I ride around on my bicycle in the early morning.

Good advice, when in BKK usually running laps at this park early morning around 6:30ish to make it somewhat more comfortable.
This park is beautiful. We didn’t have a chance to go this past time but will for sure next visit. Do you happen to know if there is a bike rental around the park? Thanks for posting. We are so glad to have had a chance to meet you. Spencer already has worn the shirt you gave him :)

Thanks for posting the name of the bird lol I have always wondered what they were called. I saw and heard them when in Thailand last month. They go off more early in the morning and evening. Quieter during the day.
