Btw, there is an attachment in the Wheeler case for bladed triggers. I’d give that a try if you’re having a issue getting it to sit correctly on the trigger
The Lyman roller allows the gauge to roll into the proper position. The Wheeler like you said, you need to be mind full of trigger placement. I think the Lyman is sensitive enough that when you move it around, the gauge is moving. You may have logged a 0 by accident on the Lyman to cause the low average. Thanks for the great video
I have two. Ones an old spring scale RCBS and the other is the Lyman. I like the Lyman. About half of my reloading equipment is Lyman. They make good stuff. Jake I think you went way beyond trying to please everyone. To Me the Wheeler has to be just as good and I would accept results from either.
I’m gonna be happy with just doing both and having both averages as clearly they are very close to one another It’s just frustrating spending money to provide tests that these people ask for then in turn just complain when the findings don’t support their opinions 🤣🤣
@@BlueCollarOutdoorsUSA I wish people could look into the depths that you go to trying to please them. Unfortunately we live in a world now where everyone has to have their opinions counted as fact. You guys do a great job of bringing us facts and I have learned so much off this channel. I find myself quoting what you say to others all the time.
@terrylockwood2430 yessir we just test without any outside influence or bias and let the performance talk… that is not for everyone but those who it is for reap massive benefits!
Bet they don’t we’ve done it both ways and it measures the same as its peak break so regardless of how you do it it measures the same No matter what people just complain that’s what I’m learning, especially with these trigger gauges
@Belacose-HOGG that isn’t the point of my comment, this channel I want you to take the results you believe more accurate and take what you gain from the test at hand , my opinions are just my thoughts on it If you believe the wheeler was used wrong then go with the Lyman readings it’s all up to your perspective

I’ve tried it got the same results
Definitely pulling to fast and hard but seemed to work. Thanks for the review
Did it many ways got the same results

You betcha! 🤌🏽💪🏽💪🏽
@@BlueCollarOutdoorsUSA Or you may not have cleared your average from prior pulls. It records 10, dropping one with each pull over 10.
@@ddan5252 we clear before we start the test for that video

Put the but of the gun on the table / solid surface. See if your numbers change..
It didn’t

As far as average on the Lyman did you have a couple of inverted readings that the gauge factored in?
I don’t remember but I do know I made sure it was at zero before every pull
Man you guys have proven over and over that you are Men for the People! Hats off To all 3 of you guys! What a team.💯
Appreciate it!
Guessing your Wheeler didn't come with the instructions showing you how to properly use it? Because you're using all wrong.
And here we go 🤣🤣
@@BlueCollarOutdoorsUSA Grandpa always said, "if at first you don't succeed, read the instructions."
@@Belacose-HOGGsmart man but rewatched the video and I wasn’t using either of them wrong

Brother I think you are pulling too fast
It didn’t change before we filmed the video on how I did it average was the same
Great comparison. Many thanks! 👍👍👍
Thanks man!
