The plan to introduce regular London Overground services to London Bridge has been put on hold because Southern is going to reintroduced the service instead.
The overground / london bridge staff were really helpful at London Bridge (clueless at New Cross) and Southern were using pilot drivers New Cross - London Bridge with Overground ones taking over at New Cross. I understand Southern normal services were also on a diversionary route which I didnt know
You'd think they'd sort out the PIS. Its when the train's aren't doing what they'd normally do you need it to work properly. But Southern have plans to reinstate their direct services anyway
I think your train may have departed West Croydon an hour early! (They forgot to change the departure board clocks forwards after the clocks changed early that morning) 🤣
If all the services from London Bridge down the Forest Hill line do get transferred to the Overground, presumably that will include the ones which make their way around to Victoria ... OG to Victoria???
