I think it's because Bakugou's japanese voice actor has a naturally nice voice. So it makes sense that the artist drew Bakugou all nice here. His VA has to change his voice to be all growly to be the REAL Bakugou, but in podcasts it's easier to use your natural voice for like... +1 hours XD
