Offshore Racing Boat Loaded SIDEWAYS On Hydraulic Semi Trailer

Was coming home from work and saw this cool sight on the trip. A marvel of engineering to transport this thing. Lots of racing teams and builders operate in the Sarasota/Bradenton area, so we see racing boats often...first time I've seen one loaded like this though.

Its loaded sideways so they dont have to get an oversized load permit

How are the loaded that way? Crane?

Itsoji On IG I believe they are loaded on like a normal boat, then secured so the trailer can tilt. I have seen them use a crane as well.

Everything about Offshore powerboating is a marvel of engineering including the way they transport their boats.Also look at the fancy truck thats towing the package,in most US power boat race events its no surprise that some people take more pictures of the trucks that tow the boats than the boat itself! Oh yes,this ain't no poorman's sport!
