CC Deville: I put all my heart, all my being and play with MY band. The other two guys: I'm a better player, what am I doing with this band??? Well, Em scale... some dive bombs, other scales, a lot of speed and that´s it. And please, I know that Ritchie and Blues Saraceno are better players than CC, but CC has the "poison" soul....
I've been playing for 34 years live, and signed twice to really pathetic small deals as a lead guitar player. C.c. DeVille delivers every time all the time. Even though my opinion would be the other two players are better technique wise. CC just has that thing that can't be measured, but most definitely can be heard.
Korzens solo was depressing as hell. Might be more technical but its not everything. CC has more value as a musician in this regard for his ability to make good melodies no matter how simple they are , it sounds better
Blues was a good producer on Crack a Smile. I like that album. Native Tongue had some good tunes. But Poison was poison only with CC. To say Blues taught them rock n roll is just silly. No one goes to a Poison show to hear Native or Crack a smile
@@nickmenza2671 I didn't say Blues taught 'em boys rock n' roll; Blues made the band sound how a true hard-rock band should. They were, too, glam with CC, which, I like, too.
bruh cc wrote the riffs poison is famous for, i dont care how good technically the other guys were. if you can't write a hit, what good are you to the band?
But yeah CC is very very very sloppy ... I'd be embarrassed if I did that. I understand he has great stage presence, but let that take a back seat on the solo at least jeez.
CC is the best guitar player for Poison. The other 2 are better players, but not for Poison. CC is the man
Exactly, it's not about being the best player, it's about being the best player for the band.
Right on….. I love CC !!!
I met CC once backstage, nicest guy ever
C.C DeVille is the soul of POISON 🎸🎶
OMG Ritchie is really kick ass here!
like fuck he is , his solo is bullshit
Cc is the best guitar player out there period.
Lol
No
@@hitmixhyepock9405 yes
I ll take CC anytime
The other two are talented guitar 🎸 players but CC makes it beautiful and aggressive and the same time
Cc is the best! Blues Saraceno don’t come close my friend..
I was disappointed
Expected better
I love this solo and CC and that’s why I hated that he never played it live as it supposed to be.
CC must have snorted 4 lines before that 2003 performance..
Yeah that was bad…😬

yea Kotzen and Saraceno; what am i doing playing with this travesty band?
CC de Ville always
Blues Saraceno is the best ever! 🎸🎼🎶🎼🎶
@rattlesnake-ef6sostinky kitty
But CC was best 😮
🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻

아무리 뛰어난 기타플레이어도 밴드에 어울리는 기타리스트는 따로 있는거 같네요 ㅎㅎ
Kotzen and blue are much cleaner , but CC's solo is more memorable.
As sloppy as CC can be, at least he plays the original solo. The others are just throwing a bunch of nonsense licks
Korzens solo was depressing as hell. Might be more technical but its not everything. CC has more value as a musician in this regard for his ability to make good melodies no matter how simple they are , it sounds better
kotzen & saraceno better than CC, but not for Poison
Cocaine is a helluva drug
Richie Kotzen gave Poison, soul. Blues Saraceno showed Poison what rock n' roll is all about. C.C. DeVille, well, just sloppy as hell, live.

Kotzen just mops them up.
With low energy.
Richie Kotzen plays circle around them
not in this band
@rattlesnake-ef6so No he cant lol
@rattlesnake-ef6so the only "great hit" he wrote was "shine" with Mr Big and It only was a Hit in Japan I think?
HELL no he can't

CC's timing is pretty horrible in this solo over the years
Actually I think CC is better player than Ritchie and Saraceno.
Kotzen's solo was lame.
Not only lame, it totally didn't fit to the song.
Typical for him
