Thank you so much❤ i love that there's patterns for absolute beginners but as an advanced I just don't need that and i couldn't find any written patterns on this❤️❤️❤️
AINT NO WAY I WAS WATCHING THIS WHILE CUTTING TAGS OF SOME STUFF I THRIFTED AND AS YOU SAID “this is a very common stitch” I PULLED OUT A SWEATER VEST WITH THE BRAND NAME “COMMON STITCH” OUCKYDTISTIX
I bought crochet needles bc I wanted to make one of these and thought it would be hard with no experience, but you made it effortless!!! Tysm for this video!
i literally just started crocheting, as in the first thing i made and completed today was a wonky headband and was very worried id struggle hard on this but you made it so incredibly easy to understand and follow! going to slow and repeating the stitches made me understand so easily. thank you
this will be my first ever crochet project and you explained everything so well that it’s completely beginner friendly! thank you so much for taking the time to make this and for going into depth and repeating things, i needed that 😭 i’ve watched a few other beginner tutorials to get started but i always get stuck so super excited to try this out!
I crochet but this is my 1st toy hammock & I loved the simplicity - thanks !! But on the border i jus did 1 scr in ea space & 1 scr in dble top. It turned out smooth looking. 4 scr on ea corner sp.
i never comment on videos but i really just wanted to say thank you for this tutorial! I tried following another video and got soo lost and felt frustrated but immediately understood the way you presented it and gained confidence in my developing skills. thanks again!
Thank you so much for this video!! You are a great teacher and made it so easy to follow along! I’ve tried to crochet before but get frustrated and lost patience lol. I started this Saturday and finished it and got it hung up Sunday! Sooo excited to show my boyfriend’s daughter her new place for her stuffies 🥰 I also made some tassels with a different color yarn to add to the front and love it so much
Love this tutorial!! thank you SO much for making it so easy to understand. update: the more rows i get into the more i'm loving it! the stitch is super stretchy and will definitely make for a good net!
Thank you for a clear & concise tutorial. I've just started crocheting & this is my first project, for my granddaughters teddies. Your tip on using a hook that's thinner near the tip is brilliant, it's really sorted out my tension, which I couldn't seem to regulate. Thank you 💖
i'm literally looking to buy stuff to start crocheting and am in need of a net for my plushes so i thought i'd google to see if there was a way to make one. this was so perfect and easy to follow! thank you so much :D
i wish i could like a video more than once ! thank you so so much for this !! my brain really struggles to translate seeing someone do something -> understanding what they're doing -> understanding how to do it -> doing it myself. i've tried to look at crochet tutorials but i almost always end up clicking off within the first couple minutes because i feel lost. and, true, i had to watch the beginning part of the video five or so times, write out notes in my own words, but it's happening!! it's finally happening !! this is the first thing i have Ever Crocheted, other than a single line of chains. thank you so much for being so clear, slow, patient, and even repetitive at times (i really needed it lol). i can't wait to hang up my little guys!! i might even start a second one tomorrow ^.^
THIS IS SO EXCITING! I have been trying to follow that video for weeks and kept getting distracted and missing steps :,D I’m bad at crocheting. Thank you for the update! >:)
thank you sooo much for this video! i’ve seen a couple other videos showing how to make these but the tutorials were always over complicated and never explained well. i love how with this one you can stop once you’ve reached your desired size instead of chaining a certain amount to begin. mine already looks great :)
I know everyone is saying this, but really truly, thank you so much! I needed this so bad and you made it so easy! You explained things so well. I hope you have a fantastic holiday season, and a merry christmas if you celebrate!!!
You have no idea how thankful I am for your wonderful tutorial!!! It was super easy to follow, and I was able to complete it within three days (a couple of hours at the time), which for a beginner is not so bad I think lol. Anyway, I look forward to more tutorials like this one!! Love your work~
August 4 2023 Maryland USA: Your instructional is outstanding. Although, I have been crocheting I found if I had this type of instructions in the beginning a huge learning curve would not have existed. Brilliant! Oh by the way you have a gorgeous face young lady. ❤❤❤❤
Think you did a really great job with the tutorial. Just started making net market bags and this is kind of similar. Love the little picot like trim you do at the end. Well done! Thank you.
Honestly I don't know know if this is helpful in anyway but I hopped on here and think you look totally fine and normal I don't think you look rough or anything ❤️ just wanting too spread love but it's also very true
Ive tried to crochet for years and never been able to figure it out. You explain it so well! Im going to give it a try. 🤞🏼 My kids squishmallows are taking over thwir rooms.
Thank you so much for sharing this tutorial! I’m excited to hang mine up. Also can I just say you have the prettiest haircut! It frames your face beautifully☺️
Thank you so very much for this awesome tutorial. This is perfect for all my amigarumi items. It will be perfect in my soon to be craft room. Again, "Thank you".
ty for the pattern, worked out really well and i am very pleased!! But the slipnot, was extremely complicated to do the way you showed it in my opinion
this was such a great tutorial, thank you so much!! this was the first thing ive ever crocheted; i went and bought crochet hooks just for this project. this was so easy to follow along!!
Hey this tutorial was amazinggg im a beginner and it was so easy to follow 😊 do you think you could make a tutorial on a star garland for a bedroom???? Thanks again for the tutorial❤
i just made this and i am so in love!!! i can’t show at the moment but i will asap. this tutorial was also posted on my birthday!! it was like it was made for me lol
I was confused too at the double stitch part into the second chain. after she made the first three holes, I just chained four, turned my work and double crocheted and repeated this process. If you’re still confused, I can send a video if that will help
Doing the corner bit 2CH Then slip into second V with a double crochet at 12:44 confused me the most (I'm a beginner) I think that's where I messed up because my corners are looking slanted 😢 Edit: I messed because I didn't turn the project right 🧍🏻♀️It changed everything
I LOVE this pattern!!! I have 26 rows done now, and it is still looking quite small 😄 so about how many rows would you suggest? For just an average standard yarn hammock?
if i forget to chain 2 between a dc will it affect it significantly? i keep missing the chain 2 on accident, i just noticed that i missed it like 2 rows ago 😭
Welp I followed everything but mine turned into a circle but as long as it works as intended to hold 26 squishmallows it will be okay but this is so easy to follow along thank you so much for this or I’d have to just run around Google lol
Body:
Ch6, sl st into first ch
Ch4, dc into loop, ch 2, dc into loop
Ch4, turn, (dc into loop, ch 2)* dc into second ch

Finishing:
Ch1, sc into each st (2sc into loop, 1sc into dc)*, sc into second ch
Baubles: ch4, slst into first 3 sc, insert into dc
(yarn over, pull up loop, yarn over, pull first first loop *3 to make a ch3), yarn over, pull through both loops
Sl into next 2 sc, repeat "bauble stitch"
Fasten off, weave in ends
you are greatly appreciated !!

Not a bobble stitch but it looks good. Thanks for the tutorial. I wish I had found your channel when I was first learning. You make it easy
LOVE the miscellaneous tip about the slanted hooks! I am self taught and wondered why that was happening!

I just watched your plarn video. What are your thoughts on a beginner trying this project using plarn, because I have a gazillion plastic bags.
I would try to make one with regular yarn first and if it goes well, attempt a second one in plarn! The plarn was pretty hard to work with

Thank you so much!! I've seen other tutorials for this specific pattern, you explain it in such a great way that is pretty easy to crochet 💝🎀💖
I used thick plush yarn for this project- it definitely took a long time to fine the chain to dc into but the result was amazing due to this tut.

Your "bauble" is actually a picot stitch. Just an FYI. It is very simple and cute for the edging.
Thank you!
Was such an easy tutorial! Thank you so much! I use it to store more of my yarn, lol.
thank you so much for this tutorial! The holes on the net are small enough that my smallest plushies won't fall through, even with a size 4 yarn!
Ive started today. And im actually decent at it

omg your hair is awful
You are too sweet
Doing this with a triple wrap Dc (treble xtreme? Lol) and it works up quick! Love it!
How many do you chain at the end when you use this stitch?
ive tried the way where you decrease as you go along and my triangles always end up short. will try this and hopefully itll work!
You are beautiful! My girls have way too many stuffies, and this was so simple to follow. Thank you!!🤗
Making a few of these to hold all my yarn ! The bag I previously had isn't big enough anymore o-O I may have a yarn buying problem ...

I am allergic to cats/dogs so im basically allergic to fur so i made this hammock for my furry plushes so i didnt get sick😊 tysm for the tutorial❤

This was great thanks a lot!
making this for my yarn, ty :)
