Hein's kumijo 3

I spend some time talking about the Third Kumijo in my approach to Aikido. This form is very similar to the Morihiro Saito's 10th Kumijo- which was in fact the inspiration for my third form. I like many of the aspects of the form that Saito sensei used, however I have changed a few things and talk about this form differently then he did.
I use this form as my third because it rounds out the first two concerning distance and timing, which is probably the single most important subject in weapons work. Hope you enjoy.
